“The Crowne Plaza is a well presented, upmarket property with excellent, helpful and professional staff. The downside is it is not quite as close to the airport as portrayed, it’s an 10minute or so bus ride, and the surrounding area is very run down with no amenities. ”

House keeping was efficient and my bath robe was promptly delivered. The buffet breakfast was excellent with an egg station and different selection of hot dishes offered everyday.”

“Until I decided to travel for a business trip to Nairobi that weekend, I had never heard about this hotel. After reading few reviews and being undecided for a couple days, I decided to give it a shot! The hotel is relatively new, in a quiet and nice area. Knowing that parking for free, I rented a car and was pleasantly surprised by the structure of the facility. Check-in was smooth and friendly. Hot water and good water pressure, clean, excellent staff all with positive and helpful attitude, kitchen had excellent quality utensils and cookware, comfortable, and good Wifi. Requested they wash my car and they did so quickly for a reasonable fee. ”
