The stay was AMAZING … DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE

The atmosphere was AMAZING and the place is so cute, cuddly, cozy and is most definitely a HOME AWAY FROM HOME :) Plenty of room and amenities!! Will most definitely stay again. The owner’s are awesome and go above and beyond to make the stay extremely enjoyable!!!

A perfect spot to relax

We had a great time staying at Alpine Bear! The place is very cozy and the perfect spot to relax. It was neat and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Its proximity to downtown Gatlinburg is a major plus, as there are plenty of activities and attractions nearby to keep you entertained. Highly recommended for a fun and relaxing getaway!

absolutely adorable!!! We had a great time. The view was breathtaking. We even encountered a few furry friends on our vacation. The back patio area was the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. So much seating/room for the family, great space! highly recommend, it was decorated so cozy and welcoming. we had such a memorable time & will be back! thank you again so much for having us :)

We enjoyed our stay and even saw bears! There was constant communication with the property manager. The condo was nice and represented accurately on the posting. Very pleasant experience! Only drawback is the two flights of stairs with elderly guests was difficult but no ones fault. Next time, I'd book a third floor unit (which is ground level with the parking spots), just didn't know that ahead of time. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Fantastic Mountain Condo!!

My husband and I just stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time! Beautifully decorated condo with a great deck out back! There are black bears roaming the area, which I was hoping to see first hand. It took until the final evening but I finally got to see the bears!! The host was wonderful and answered all my questions. Full kitchen, coffee maker (which was a must!), washer and dryer, towels and wi-fi. All you need is your clothes and toiletries! It’s up on a mountain which you must go up slowly but so worth the drive!! Check in was super easy!! I’m super happy we stayed there and recommend to everyone!! *****K Douglas

Mountain getaway

Great Trip!

This was a wonderful home. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The condo was very nice and had that welcoming feeling. The host(s) thought of everything from information that would help on our visit to amenities of home. She was so friendly and genuinely wanted us to be comfortable and have a good time. Will be staying here again!

The property was clean and well maintained. The location is nice, it’s only about a 15 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Beautiful place

Great place and it had everything we needed. The only downside is the curvy road that you must take in and out of the property. This location would not be good for anyone afraid of driving in the mountains. The property is well kept and is a great place to get away from the busy Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge touristy areas!

This condo was fabulous. Clean, great communication from the owner, and fully equipped. The road to the condo is not for the faint of heart. Very Steep, narrow, and winding.

Comfy and much needed!

The property manager is amazing! Never experienced such kindness and follow through at a stay before. The condo is super comfy and everything you need is there. There are alot of bears in all of the area of Gatlinburg so be aware to keep your doors on cars locked and no food or scents in your vehicle. We watched a bear try to get in my car and go into many vehicles with our own eyes. Take it seriously. Would definitely go back in a heart beat!

Peaceful stay with Bear Sightings!!!

We enjoyed our stay here so much and hope to return one day in Fall/Spring. The back patio was our favorite…we spent almost every evening grilling and enjoying the shade, and hoping to spot a bear or two. ;-) The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.
