I, my sisters and my mother stayed at this condo from 02/01/2024 to 02/04/2024, and we loved it! It was comfortable, clean, and only a short walk from the Gatlinburg strip!

Beautiful Condo! Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean and well stocked. The furniture is very nice and comfortable. We loved that we were walking distance to the strip.

Great family vacation!!!

Beautiful condo in an excellent location! We were a short walk (with a 3 year old) to the village shops and downtown Gatlinburg. The condo layout was nice and spacious. It was also stocked with basic necessities.

Baskins Creek condo

Our stay was great! We were pleased with the communication, the contact and the accommodation. Everything we needed was there and we found it delightful. It was nicely. There were lots of towels and the kitchen was well equipped. Everything to make our stay memorable and enjoyable! .It certainly raised the bar for future VRBO stays

Summer Kick-off

We were looking for a quick easy getaway to kick off our summer and this was as a perfect fit. Comfortable stay, pool was a great perk and easily walkable to everything we wanted to do down on the Gatlinburg strip. The only small thing was the code needed for the elevator. I wish there was a better way to access the building.

Property Perfect

Secure elevator with code led to secure condo also with code. Walked in to find a condo design that every condo should be. Master bedroom with king bed and bath to the left. Two queen beds and bath to the right. Kitchen and dining room with open floor plan leading to large living room with fireplace. Balcony overlooking the pool and stream outside. Will definitely stay here again!

Another great stay at Baskins Creek

This was our 2nd time staying at Baskins Creek. We could not ask for a better location in Gatlinburg, within walking distance to the Parkway and never have to worry about parking downtown. All of the common areas at Baskins Creek are well maintained and clean. Our stay in 208 was very good, upon arrival the condo was very clean and ready to go. All of the towels and linens were of good quality and added to the comfort of our stay.

Wonderful Condo!

This is a very nicely updated unit in a well-maintained building. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the living room furniture is very nice and comfortable to sit on. Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated with comfortable bedding. The walk in shower in the master is a nice touch in this unit. Many places advertise as being “walkable” to downtown, but require a very steep truck back up a hill on the return trip. This is NOT one of those places. The walk into town and back to the condo truly takes just a few minutes and does not include a steep incline! We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was well clean, well stocked and close enough to walk to the aquarium and shopping which is a real plus considering the Limited parking. It was a hot walk in July but still doable.

Very nice

We had a very comfortable and clean stay with great space for our family to enjoy. Wi-Fi worked well, kitchen had all we needed. Deck with furniture was a nice touch. Perfectly located to enjoy the parkway shops, Anakeesta, aquarium ect… all within a short walking distance. The Village cut through is very close to this unit. Only needed to contact guest services once prior to arrival and they were nice. Otherwise, we were able to check in, stay and check out without any reason to talk to guest services. The Great Smokey Mountain Park entry way was a very short drive up the road, away from the downtown congestion. That was great! Very nice unit in a great location.
