(Please note that the bunk room is situated in the open upstairs loft area)

If you want to be free of the worries of parking, a covered trolley stop for the Gatlinburg Trolley lies a short walk from the cabin at the base of the hill. The Gatlinburg Trolley allows visitors to ride all day for only $2. This stop is located along the Arts and Crafts Community Route (Yellow) and is serviced by a delightful mini-trolley daily from April through October and every day but Sunday in November and December. The Trolley provides transportation not only within the Arts & Crafts Community but also to downtown Gatlinburg. Important Information:

-Renters must be over 25 years of age.
-Rental agreement and copy of drivers license required after booking.
-NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES
-Amenities include free WIFI, Cable, and a fully equipped kitchen.
-Firewood is not provided
-The 5th bedroom is the open loft upstairs between the 2 bedrooms
-We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
Gas grill turned off and cleaned if you used it.
Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to the bear proof bins.
Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started-we have provided dishwasher pods.
Food removed from refrigerator and freezer and disposed of.
Take one final look around for forgotten items for example cell phones and chargers, etc.
Lock all windows and doors upon departure.
-*Pets CONSIDERED. We are pet/dog friendly, but must be agreed on prior to booking, so please ASK FIRST about bringing your dog along BEFORE BOOKING! DO NOT INSTANT BOOK WITHOUT DISCUSSING YOUR PET IN DETAIL WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS!!! We consider 1 SMALL TO MEDIUM, ADULT, LOW SHEDDING dog. Your dog is not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, leashed and picked up after outside, and not a barker or whiner while you are away due to our neighbors. There is a $25 per night non refundable pet fee.
-We provide a complimentary starter pack of the following items - toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags,
and coffee
-There are two (2) outdoor (24hr surveillance) cameras. One facing the front door, and one facing the carport and driveway. No cameras are recording the hot tub.
