Beautiful view of the Smokey Mountains

We had a wonderful stay. The house and the surrounding views were gorgeous. Sititng around the wrap around porches and hot tub in the evenings was the perfect end to a busy day of sight seeing and exploring.

Not Great at all

When we arrived, the grass was extremely overgrown, and although it was cut the next day, waking up to lawn equipment was not ideal. The porches had no gates, which allowed bears to wander up daily, a very unsettling experience with children present. There was no propane provided for the grill or fire pit, they were empty. The deck and furniture were covered in green dust. For the amount we paid, this experience fell short of expectations, and we will not be returning to this property
