Great stay

The property was very spacious, really nice with lots to do. Very beautiful views you can enjoy from any of the balconies on each 3 floor and the property was very easy to locate. The whole process was very seemless which was great!

Great place for a large group!

We had a large group with a wide age range and this cabin worked perfectly for us. We loved that each room had its own bathroom. It made getting ready for our day much easier. The location couldn't be better. We also loved that the table was big enough to fit us all comfortably for meals.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay in the smokies! The location of the cabin was great! It was convenient to get to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was the perfect size for our family to all be under the same roof and maximize our time together. The view was beautiful! I would highly recommend.

Perfect!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful cabin. The game room was a lot of fun for the kids. Beautifully decorated, furnishings were in excellent repair and very tasteful. We loved the American theming. When we go back, we'll definitely stay there again!

50 th Birthday

Decide to rent a cabin for my wifes 50th birthday. The cabin was super clean in a good location from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Would say Bear Tracts cabins are the way to go if you are looking at renting. I look forward to rent from them again.

Spring Family Trip

The property was just as described. Great mountain views, the sunsets were amazing with Gatlinburg strip in the distance. Our family spent the week together making breakfast and dinners, and sipping coffee on the porch. The kids loved the game room and didn't want to leave. Plenty of kitchen supplies and seating for a family of 15. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely Wonderful!!

We stayed in the Spacious Skies cabin and it could not have been more perfect! Our family included 14 adults and children and we had plenty of room to spread out and be together. The cabin was extremely clean with beautiful furnishings. The views from all 3 decks were breathtaking! Loved every minute!! We even spied a bear!!

Good View

Overall we are happy with the cabin. The beds aren’t the comfiest to sleep in. The main living room tv had a weird green tint so it was odd trying to watch tv at night. The Batman game down stairs was fun. The shower water got just hot enough to take a shower but the water heater may need to be adjusted a few degrees hotter for a more pleasant shower. Be prepared to wake up bright an early with the morning sun in the main level master bedroom. Good location for quick access to the beginning of Gatlinburg and easy to get on the road to Pigeon Forge.

Adults Only Spring Break Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was close to main roads, easy to get to, but be prepared for winding roads. Lots of space, large bedrooms, large dining area, plenty of parking for 5 vehicles.The living room couches are very uncomfortable, these need upgraded. The remote controls all need new batteries and replaced on some set schedule. Provided trash bags, soap, etc. are minimal, but this is to be expected. Trash disposal was a bit of a mess due to a broken trash compactor. The pool table is really cramped, impossible to actually play without hitting the wall with the cue stick. The hot tub was nice but the jets barely blow bubbles.A great stay for the price us 12 adults paid. Would stay again.

The cabin was exactly as advertised. The view was spectacular! My only complaint is that we could not control the main television in the rec room. None of the remotes seemed to work for it. The TV in the main room worked for streaming service, although, the service was slow and the picture poor. The bedroom TVs worked great and had Dish Network service. It appeared that the main TVs were hooked up to Dish as well, but we couldn't get it to work. The management company came by, but they couldn't get the one in the rec room to work either. I normally wouldn't mind (we didn't plan to watch much TV). However, on Saturday there were 2 college games that we desparately wanted to watch.

We did have an issue with our hot tub not working the first day and a half of our 3 night stay, which was a bummer. However the maintenance person was so helpful in getting it addressed and functional for us promptly. Would def stay here again. I would just suggest asking the hosts about exact kitchen items available. There were a couple things that would have been helpful, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We loved it!

Ganging up in Gatlinburg

Reviewer Comments: Our entire family, a gang of 8 adults and 6 children (three under 1 year old) found the house to be perfect, plenty of space for everyone. Space to gather as a group, and space to separate for naps for the little ones. The house is well located, a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and located in a residential area. House had beautiful views!We saw many bears, including a mama with her three cubs. We saw a bear gallivanting across the road carrying a pumpkin. Take the warnings seriously about trash, food and locking your car door. Matt was very helpful and prompt in responding to my many questions before we arrived.

June 2024 Stay

We came to Gatlinburg as a big family….. we rented this home for our grown kids, our grandkids, and my parents…… there were 9 of us. (75, 71, 50, 46, 26, 26, 25, 3, and 2). It was literal perfection! The pictures are exactly what you get! It is in an absolute perfect location….. so easy to get to all the things you wanna do!!! The house was well stocked with cooking utensils and pans, we cooked breakfast 5 of our 7 mornings. We loved every moment of our stay! Thank you for sharing your house with us!
