Great cabin in a great location!

I'm so glad we chose to book this cabin for a last minute summer trip! The location was wonderful - I saw other reviews that mentioned bears every day but even I was surprised at just how many we saw! Kids loved the upstairs with all of the games and also used the pool every day. The views were beautiful and it was the perfect amount of space for 5 people. I would definitely stay again!

A lot of space for the 5 of us. Feels secluded but still convenient to everything. Small issue with the hot tub when we arrived but the host was very responsive and had it fixed quickly.

Bear Haven delivered!

Bear Haven seemed to be right in the path of a bear trail, we saw a bear every day! They were calm and uninterested in us, so it was neat to experience. The cabin was nice and the hosts accommodated all of our needs!

Convenient location. We like to see Bears and we saw plenty. A female and her 3 cubs a couple of times. They were just passing through and were just searching food of course.

Spring Break Getaway

We enjoyed our time at Bear Haven! The location is very convenient to both downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and the grocery store is a quick trip. The house was comfortable and had plenty of space and games to keep ourselves and 2 young kids occupied. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean, and kitchen was well equipped.

Great Cabin

Was a great stay for my family. Kids had games and pool to keep them busy. The hot tub was nice. Great view of some of the mountains. We even saw a bear or two from our cabin which made the experience even more awesome!! Would not hesitate to stay again.

We had a nice stay at cabin. It is clean and neat. You can spot many baby bears, they are not harmful though. Nice cabin at nice location. Closer to gatlinburg downtown.

Perfect for Bear Sightings!! Loved this cabin!

I think this was my favorite cabin to stay in. It was a little hard to find but once we got that figured out it was great! The beds were comfortable, the kids LOVED the pool table! We saw bears every day we were there! We had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend to others! Thanks for such a great experience!

I cannot say enough great things about this cabin! Our family had a wonderful time and will sure stay here again! Bear Haven

This name held true, as we were right on a bear trail. At least one bear passed right alongside the house on its daily path. It was sure fun watching from safety inside the house! We loved the location of this cabin as it was very near Gatlinburg and also the National Park Entryway. We were in the mountains but still close to everything. We also loved the upstairs gaming room. It was perfect for our group of 5!

Perfect gem!

First off, property was close to downtown gatlinburg but far enough so it was quiet. The property is located in a resort community that can be a little difficult to find the cabin, but once you do, it’s easy! Community is quaint, clean…nothing but a bunch of cool cabins on a mountainside. Cabin itself was clean, had everything we needed and then some! Game room in the loft was lovely-perfect place to send the kids! Views were gorgeous! And while we see bears all the time back home in our hometown in FL, Bear Haven had all the cabin charm in a delightful package! Only comment I could say is the cabin is a legit cabin where it creaks and you can hear those family members you banished to the upstairs when you’re downstairs. Just turn up the TV or go sit on the porch, this place is Totally worth it!

Bear sightings!

It’s not easy to remember all of the experiences of our stay since it was months ago and the opportunity to leave a review was just received. We had adequate room for my husband, myself our daughter, son in law and their children. It was pet friendly which was wonderful since our golden doodle could come along. The cabin definitely needs some upgrades but none that hindered our stay. We replaced the air filter in the return which had not been replaced in some time. This is probably a property management task that was overlooked. Hard to hold the owner responsible for that. We did get to see lots of bear. They were right beside the cabin on several days of our stay! That always makes the trip a lot of fun! Overall we enjoyed time with family and our grandchildren.
