Great Long Weekend Visit

The cabin was just as described in the listing. Check in and check out was simple. This isn't the nicest cabin, but it was fine for us for the weekend.

Me time

Very quite stay, I enjoy my time in the cabin, , very roomy , short drive to main street, cabin can use some TLC, and more utensils in the kitchen.

Honey Moon Okay Stay

The little cabin has so much potential. The shower is very moldy on the walls and the shower curtain is absolutely disgusting with mold, The grill is very nasty and I refused to use it, and you need binoculars to watch the little tv from the bed. Other that that we had a great time there and I hope these little issues can be addressed as I would love to come and stay again.

Nice stay at Aunt Bugs Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The cabin was perfect for a couple. Things to improve: not enough electrical sockets to plug electronics. Not enough pillows (the only two were quite uncomfortable. The grill is very small and it wasn't clean. The cabin is nice and located in a proper and beautiful location at Gatlinburg.

Repairs needed

There were some things on need of repair. The blinds, the fan in the bathroom, portions of the carpet, the linoleum. Curtains need to be cleaned. Lights and fan desperately need dusting. Not as clean as I prefer but better than some. Bed was comfortable. A bit tricky to find. Hot tub is not private. Neighborhood dog barked most of the time especially at night. For the price I think it should have been bigger and in better condition

Property Severely Neglected!

Stay Away best describes the review! The cabin has been severely neglected! Filthy carpet, the first-hour walking on the carpet resulted in the bottom of my feet getting very dirty. The sheets were as rough as fine sandpaper, and the most disturbing is that the comforter for the bed was not washed - it smelled and was dirty. We had to buy sheets and a comforter to stay there and found the mattress full of stains (DISGUSTING). There was a very small TV with 3 remotes and no instructions on how to use it as the TV would not connect. We had concerns at the beginning as Aunt Bugs Cabins refuses to give out the address of the cabin until the day you arrive. The management company was terrible in addressing our complaints and feel it imperative that we write this review to warn others of this poor management company and its service as I think it is safe to assume that their other rentals are similar to how they take care of their managed properties.

1.mold in top of shower wall area 2. Multiple Torn areas in rugs 3. Dirty pillows under pillow case 4. Worn thin blankets 5. Stained sheets 6. Poison ivy growing on high porch 7. Broken screen outdoor 8. Stinky nasty electric grill on patio. 9. Dirty patio area especially around electric grill. 10. Hot tub cover very dirty and torn 11. Torn cabinet drawers to point could not open to use. 12. Nothing romantic at all about this place for anniversary trip and ruined trip 13. Dark outdated. 14. Cabinet paneling torn 15. Flat top Stove was on when we entered cabin and we placed our personal article on it…I saved it thankfully from being ruined when I say light to stove on quickly. 16. Scant amenities available for use 17. So rundown/dingy and was leery of even letting my small pets on floor area. 18. Never will stay at any Aunt Bugs cabins again (I go to this area often and this was the worst cabin I have stayed in) Felt misled for our special day and I alerted/sent pictures in when we arrived. Nothing was done or any active follow ups to make our stay better. Basically just a follow up text saying “we take complaint’s seriously.” “We will address these matters”. No bedbugs at least…but not comfortable at all to point we couldn’t even sleep. Bathroom was usable also at least, but my husband didn’t feel comfortable even taking a shower or use jacuzzi tub.

The cabin is not a short walk to a trolly , there was dust every where on topof the fridge lamps and tables . The pictures makes you think there’s only one cabin and it’s literally right be side two more . No privacy !!

This place was just okay. Not walkable to Gatlinburg center, but was clean and quiet. The cabin is very basic with no extra towels or even salt and pepper. That being said, we enjoyed our stay but probably won't stay there again.

Decent weekend cabin.

This cabins was nice for a quick trip and we were able to bring our dog along. Location is close the center of Gatlinburg, very convenient. My only complaint would be the cleanliness. The kitchen items provided(dishes, small appliances, cookware..ext) were very dusty and old. The bed was made up nice when we arrived but after pulling back the comforter we noticed quite a bit of long hair on the sheets and pillow cases..not sure they were changed. This wasn't a major deal for us since we had brought our own liens, pillows and disposable kitchen supplies. However, I do feel like it is a bit ridiculous considering the VERY strict refund/extra fees policy that Aunt Bug's Cabin rentals asked you to sign. It even stated an act of God would not entile you to a refund,or part of one.( Yall, I'm not even kidding) So as long as you bring your own EVERYTHING and don't have to cancel your reservation..(even if hell freezes and pigs start flying)..you will have a great time.

Very dirty...good location

Cabin needs some serious cleaning/updating. New flooring and paint would do wonders. Smelled very musty or like mildew. The location was great so that was the only plus for us. Luckily we spent most of our day out sightseeing so we weren’t in the cabin much.
