Welcome to Cozy Cub Cottage! This Pigeon Forge cabin is nestled in a wooded setting in the beautiful Bear Cove Falls Resort. When you stay with us, you are only 5 minutes from Dollywood and Splash Country and only 5 minutes from the Island and all the other great Pigeon Forge attractions.

If hiking or picnicking is your passion, we are only 20 minutes from the entrance to the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains National Park, one of America’s most spectacular national parks. “World renowned for its diversity of plant and animal life, the beauty of its ancient mountains, and the quality of its remnants of Southern Appalachian mountain culture, this is America's most visited national park”.

The cabin sleeps 8 comfortably with 2 King suites with full baths and a Queen over Queen bunkbed in the game room , there is also a ½ bath in the game room. Each bedroom, the living room and game room all have brand new flat screen Smart TV’s with Netflix. There is a walk in shower on main level that has a built in hand rails for your safety ....And for the girls we offer HEATED TOILET SEATS in all the bathrooms.
Enjoy comfortable recliners (4 to be exact) while sitting in our cozy living room and watching tv and enjoying the electric fireplace.

Unwind from the day’s adventures in our game room playing air-hockey, foosball, or any one of the 60 classic arcade video games….Pac man, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders etc… on our multi-game console or an old-fashioned game of checkers. You may wish to savor the day’s events by relaxing in our comfortable balcony chairs, porch swing, or hot tub.

Our kitchen is fully stocked for preparing your meals in the cabin, or cooking outdoors on the charcoal grill. If you prefer to eat out, you are only minutes from several great area restaurants such as the famous Old Mill Restaurant, Reagan’s House of Pancakes, Alamo Steakhouse, The Pottery House Café and Grille, Paula Dean’s Family Kitchen, Local Goat and so many more.

Cabin has full size washer and dryer on lower level for you to use during your stay.

Front porch offers an easy access ramp from our 3 vehicle parking area. Front door and interior doors on main level are 36" wide.

Bear Cove Falls amenities include a swimming pool, and covered picnic area.
The Cozy Cub Cottage is a great place to create some wonderful family memories.

NO STEEP HILLS OR SCARY ROADS ...... You can see the road that lead to the cabin if you will go to You Tube and search for title "Your Drive to the Cozy Cub Cottage"

This cabin is protected by RING camera security system .

There is parking for no more than 3 vehicles..... 2 is preferred in order to keep turn around open.

Family vacation to Dollywood.

It was a wonderful stay at this cabin. Very clean, had everything you needed and then all the fun extras you want in a cabin! This cabin was Perfect location and close to everything you would want to do.

Wonderful Bear Retreat!

The place was wonderful, clean, and modern. We loved all the decorations and amenities. The view off the decks were amazing! We loved our stay! We even saw a black bear, so our kids were thrilled!

Cutest Cabin Ever!!

We were in town for a dance competition but loved both this cabin and Pigeon Forge so much that we are already planning to come back when we don’t have dance! Everything about the cabin was so perfect! We enjoyed our stay and most definitely will be returning!

Family's First Trip to Pigeon Forge

We had a great stay. There was one minor issue after check-in and Dianne, the owner, had the cleaning person come back and address it immediately. My kids loved the game room. We enjoyed the porches and went in the hot tub. It was a wonderful location close to everything.

Family vacation for baseball

Fantastic property, all the essentials provided, private location at the end of a cut de sac and perfect location to enjoy both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We were in the area for baseball at Cal Ripken and the location was ideal….5-7 min to the fields, very close to Dollywood as well so the nightly fireworks were a bonus! Small convenience store and pizza shop within the resort were handy. Dianne was prompt in responding and very easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends traveling to the area.

Breathtaking!

We had a family of three generations and all enjoyed the cabin! (Including the teens!) Clean, bright, beautiful and heated toilet seats! Lol. The setup and decor made everyone feel like home. Would recommend all to visit and enjoy this spacious home away from home.

This cabin is our favorite ! The cabin and everything in the cabin is new and comfy. The heated toilet seats where AMAZING , they even have a night light built in so you can find you way in the dark. We had everything we needed to cook any kind of meal and plenty of utensils for everyone. The owner was easy to work with . We loved staying in this cabin and can't wait to go back .

Heated toilet seats

This cabin is beautiful! Bigger than the pictures depict. Everything is new and matching and beautiful. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and enjoyed the scenery, cold weather and this cabin so much! The hot tub was great and the fireplace was cool as well. We would definitely stay again. I miss the heated toilet seats already!

Amazing Cabin

My family recently stayed here and there could not have been a more perfect cabin! It had board games and puzzles along with a foosball table, air hockey table, and arcade game! The cabin was clean and neat and felt like a home away from home. We had the cabin stay without being far away in the mountains away from the main streets. Everything was right around the corner! The owner was very nice and helpful too! Next Pigeon Forge trip we would definitely love to back to this cabin!

Fantastic Cabin for our Vacation in Pigeon Forge

The cabin was perfect for our Pigeon Forge stay, with lots of space for everyone (2 Adults and 2 children over 10) with great facilities, from the air hockey and table football to the hot tub, it had everything we needed. The location was great, only a short drive to the main parkway and on route to Dollywood (which was the main reason for us visiting the area), with the trolley stop only a short walk away and it took less than a couple of minutes to get to the park. The check-in process was seamless and Dianne was really helpful in providing all the information we needed well ahead of time and was very quick at responding to any queries. We couldn't recommend the cabin highly enough and would definitely look to book again when we are back in the area in the future.

Perfect Dollywood Cabin with amenities

This cabin fit our family of five perfectly. Parents have the upstairs floor with the kitchen. Older teens and college age have the downstairs with room to sprawl. Three bathrooms in this unit plus a wonderful hot tub, porches overlooking the forest on both levels, a game room, easy parking, and close to everything. There is a market and Pizza place at the end of the drive. Also trolley pick up and drop off. Love this cabin!!!

Great Smoky Mountain trip

Just got home from our 5 day stay at Cozy Cub Cottage. Absolutely spotless cabin. It is the perfect house for a family with kids - our three boys between 8-12 - were enthralled with the lower level. We did lots of activities in the Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg area, but the cabin was the perfect base camp for the evenings with the air hockey, foosball, old school video game, and all the other amenities. Wife and I enjoyed the hot tub and the space from the kiddos. We had the upper level to ourselves. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals at the cabin, which we did all 5 nights. I would 100% recommend this cabin for anyone looking to stay in the area. Dollywood is maybe 5 mins away; all the fun things to do are so close! Pigeon Forge (indoor snow tubing, mountain coaster, outlet mall) are like 5-10 mins away. Gatlinburg is almost as close. Smoky Mtn National Park is right past Gatlinburg. Only complaint is we didn’t see a real bear!
