Best time

My family had the best time. This was such a nice place to enjoy and relax. The place was clean and quiet with the most beautiful views. If we go back to Tennessee we will look into this place again!

Great Views

Star Dancer is a beautiful and spacious cabin. We really enjoyed our stay and the Mountain View’s are spectacular. Chris’ attention to details were above our expectations. We were hoping to see bears around the cabin, but it wasn’t meant to be on this trip. I will definitely be returning to this cabin the next time I am going to the mountains! Thank you Chris for the hospitality!

Christmas getaway

We were looking for a cabin with spectacular views with few neighbors for a Christmas getaway with our family. This cabin does not disappoint. Very spacious with plenty to do with the kids and nice area to take walks with our dog. Our dog is a working dog and goes everywhere with us and nice homes are hard to find when it comes to being dog friendly. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

Amazing Cabin with Epic Views

The cabin was perfect for our long weekend. The cabin was extremely clean and everything was in working order. Ample towels, blankets and pillows. The views from the property were fantastic and the game room was quite fun. Fantastic property.

Great place to stay

The property was very nice and fun, and worked perfectly for our group (3 retired couples). Road up to house was a bit scary but shouldn’t deter anyone (just go slow…lol). It would’ve been nice to have diswasher pods for each day of the stay even if that’s not the standard in that area. Other than that great time. I hope the Gatlinburg area is okay after the hurricane. 😞

Very nice property, Great place to relax and enjoy time with the family. Property is well kept. Great communication from Chris and Sarah from beginning to end . It is quite evident that they care about their property and want there clients to enjoy they stay.

Great cabin for families

Absolutely beautiful cabin that was great for a family, especially if you’re stuck inside due to weather. The streets leading up the mountain to the cabin are definitely one lane only and nerve testing at best but after a few trips up and down you get used to it. Great communication.. thanks!

Review of Star Dancer

The property was well maintained and very spacious. We had our entire family there on vacation and my son, daughter-in-law and 4 small children occupied the lower level and had plenty of room. All levels have bedroom suites which was very nice. Deck and family room huge window was great for staring at the beautiful views.

Breathtaking and Peaceful

This house could not be in a more beautiful location. Waking up every morning to get the view that this house offers is more than you could ever ask for. I also appreciate all of the information that Chris provides before your trip. I would recommend this house over and over again. I was perfect.

Everything and More

What you see is exactly what you get! Amazing view, amazing cabin, and amazing host. There was clear instructions on check in, garbage, WiFi, and more! The host was easy to be in contact with to help with little things that came up. My only complaint was I had to leave and go back to being an adult. I hope to make this a regular place for summer vacations with the family!!! Thank you hosts for a wonderful vacation!

Mountain Top Cabin

The beauty of this cabin and scenery is difficult to desribe in words. This was our first family trip to the mountains and I can confidently state nothing will likely ever top this. The location is great, adjacent to town but a bit more isolated. First off the views are out of this world off the living room. We spent lots of time there enjoying every minute of it. It was nice to have the separation of the rooms which provided extra privacy with everyone having their own bathroom. The beds were all comfy which isn't alwaysthe case. . The gameroom was a blast, playing billiards and old arcade games. This was a huge plus for our family. The ride up to the mountain was a bit of a challenge at first but we were pros by day two. Chris and Sarah were great with communication and providing answers to any questions we had. They are invested more than most others that we have dealt with on VRBO in providing a great stay. I would definitely return to this cabin or one of their other properties. spending lots of time there and

Best views in Gatlinburg

Wow!! This property was absolutely amazing! The views! The best in the area! We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck while admiring the mountains. The house was very spacious, well kept and had everything we needed! The owners were extremely easy to communicate with and readily available if we had questions. The highlight of our stay was the mama bear and her 3 Cubs that walked across the driveway while we were safe inside. The house is in a great location and close to major sightseeing areas. The roads to the house were a little precarious for us Florida folk but not terrible. Highly recommend this property!

Nice property on the mountain

The property was accurately depicted on website. Plenty of amenities. The view was beautiful. We were able to bring our fur baby which was wonderful. Owners provided detail instructions regarding the rental property. They also warned about ladybug issue prior to our check-in. Definitely had a ladybug outbreak during our stay. Hundreds of those little buggers every where which we had to vacuum daily. Negatives were minor - a dirty rag left by cleaning crew in kitchen that had dried and adhered to the counter. Kinda yucky and the front entrance was covered in leaves, debris and bugs which we swept to keep from tracking in cabin. Cabin is beautiful with exceptional Mountain Views. A good choice for a relaxing vacation.

Clean,Views, Amenities!

Exceeded my expectations and I, by the time the trip came around, with all the communication with Chris & Sarah, already had high hopes for this rental. This was my first cabin/home rental. I grew up going camping in a pop-up camper or renting a cabin in a campground, as I got older we stayed in hotels. Chris & Sarah were extremely informative. You can tell they took the time to think and answer any possible question or issue you could have. We arrived late, and the view outside the cabin was breathtaking in the dark night sky! Walking into the home, CLEAN, honestly spotless! I always come armed to clean before the family gets comfortable. I never realized the stress I put on myself when I feel the need to clean everything right away. I felt a sense of relief, and literally relaxed for the entire stay. Even when we saw a big bear walk across the back yard!! Y’all WE SAW A BEAR! The views, the amenities, the decor, watching the zip-liners, the sunsets, the SUNRISES, the stars,the just EVERYTHING. It’s evident Chris and Sarah put themselves in the viewpoint of the renter and possibly thought of everything. We went with a big family group and honestly they were singing my praises, the whole time, and not gonna lie, was pretty great! This fantastic cabin, in this fantastic location, did I mention we saw a bear, live, like right there! I’m pretty sure I will be renting from this family from now on. The bar is set too high now! Thank you Chris & Sarah.

Incredible Views

Beautiful cabin, incredible views. The road to get to the cabin is slow going, one lane with two way traffic. There are other houses around you, but we hardly noticed them, there were trees in between and it didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Everything was as advertised. The kitchen was very well stocked. We saw three black bears around the cabin. The pools were busy. We went to two of the pool and they got busy. Kids still enjoyed it.I would definitely recommend. I think it is best suited for age 10 age group.
