“Helpful staff and beautiful boutique hotel. However, walls are thin and no windows.”

“The hotel has an excellent location—very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The staff were very friendly, especially the bell guy, who was warm and polite. However, the room was a bit dated, and the bathroom towels were not very clean, which didn’t quite match the price of the hotel. ”

“Your hotel was our best experience in our 3 weeks in Peru. The beds are cozy and breakfast superb with chia for yogurt, a chef who made eggs to order and extras galore for toast, sausages and even almond milk. The concierge coordinated a taxi for us from Cusco to Palcoyo mountain (to hike for 2 hours) and then to our next hotel in Ollantaytambo. Our driver was expert and friendly and even stopped for us to buy snacks. It was a very long day and Frank drove at efficient & safe speed to get us……

“We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.”

“I am here right as I am writing this review and wanted to say how much I love the service of the staff who works here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Victor at the front desk came and grabbed my suitcase to my room and explained everything and said if I needed anything to call 0 from hotel phone! My suite was beautiful and it’s so spacious and I love the bathroom with the rainfall shower head and hot tub! Just make sure not to drink the water from sink you can get sick so only drink bottle……

“拙い英語しか話せない日本人です。このホテルには大変お世話になりました。 観光地へのアクセスは抜群で、目の前の通りは広いので空港間のタクシーも使いやすいです。 共用部がとても綺麗で、各階にドリンクコーナーもあるのが便利でした。 テラスからの眺めは最高です。 初日から高山病になり重い頭痛と吐き気に苦しみましたが、ホテルのスタッフさんが酸素ボンベを貸してくださりなんとか観光ができるレベルに回復することができました。2日間の滞在で何度もぶり返しましたが、その度に酸素ボンベを貸してくださいました。施設の素晴らしさはもちろん、とてもホスピタリティに溢れるホテルでした。”

“The hotel in general is pretty well maintained. It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. My wife had her lips hurt when playing the sand boarding at Huacachina the day before getting to Cusco. The receptionist is……

“We had requested a quiet room away from elevators with an outside view for our honeymoon. The hotel had reached back out to us prior to our arrival to confirm our request would be accommodated. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room that had an inside view of the lobby and was next to elevators (noisy). Moreover, we had to wait to get our room because we had arrived slightly earlier than the check-in time and were told our room was being cleaned. Our room was dirty (hair/dust on the ground) and……
