酒店房床褥，床品也很整潔，舒適。可是，冷氣機不停滴水。酒店提供免費接駁船由亞庇市到resort, 到Jesselton point已可以直接check in，十分方便。只是覺得免費接駁船太少班次，如能增加班次更佳。酒店有提供snorkeling，kayaking的用品，可免費租用。可是，本來是想kayaking到Mangrove的，而職員說這行程是需要預早一天預約 另也需要額外收費。建議酒店可以於客戶預訂後告知有關安排及讓客戶可以報名參加。

房間超大風景也很美，只是有很多螞蟻還有一天晚上有蟑螂跑進來，會有猴子之類的在屋頂上跑來跑去晚上睡覺比較敏感的人可能會睡不好，雖然餐食較貴但spa換算起來很划算推薦可以做一次

Nice resort
The resort is wonderful. Staffs are nice. Breakfest is delicious. They offer free water activities: snorkeling and kayaking. The house keeping service should be more efficient.

We were attacked by the monkeys during this stay. We have contacted several times with the front desk. But they just kept on telling us that the supporting staff were on the way. I have repeated for at least 4 times that THE ROOM DOOR WAS NOT LOCKED but we could not open the door for them as the monkey were in the room and we were in the toilet. Finally, the supporting staff didnt come but just standing outside the room without even trying to push the door. This was totally disappointing. There were at least 11 monkeys and they had stolen the food and make the room dirty and messy. The cleaning service was just poor. Finally, we came out from the toilet after 45 minutes the monkeys gone. The supporting staff were totally helpless. The experience was just terrible and I had taken photos and videos during the incident. I would like to provide for your reference if you need for review. This has ruined our trip. We will never come back again and would never recommend to our friends and family. Blacklisted.

We cannot deny that the view of the hotel is very beautiful and the water is quite clear. Also, the stuffs there are very nice and helpful. One of the best service is the balcony breakfast, which you can require for it if you have a balcony in your room. However, the other part of the hotel itself is quite bad. I paid for the palm villa,which is the most expensive room. The facilities are old which looks a little bit bad. Some of the facilities of hotel are not working. For example, the plug for electricity is fail sometimes. The light under the house which is for the sightseeing of the sea under the villa is not working sometimes. The fridge is useless too. We even did not have water to bath one night. The stuff replied that since the water supply is from city, they are not stable. So, we can only wait for the next morning to take the bath. Moreover, there is leaking water from the top. Although the water is not much but I can still feel it. Some other information for visitors: - You can still take the ferry of other timeslots before you check-out the hotel. - Be careful of the jellyfish season, there is a lot of jellyfish in the sea. - There is a lot of ant around the breakfast food, you better choose balcony breakfast if you have a balcony in room.

The house was clean and spacious. The scenery was very nice too. We enjoyed very much there. We had do kayaking and joint a tour for snorkeling in nearby islands. The food in the restaurants was very yummy. The staffs were nice, helpful and polite. However, the water in the swimming pool was not clean enough with some insects. The resort offers free rides to their sister hotel on the same island. It was a much quiet and beautiful place. We hung on the island and spent a half day there.
