House is fully furnished with linens, towels, soap products, and your paper towel and toilet paper needs. Full HE laundry with detergent supplied.
Lower level offers panoramic views of the lake with plenty of sunshine.

Lower level has full bath and twin bunk bedroom.
Upper level you'll find a twin daybed and two more bedrooms with a double and queen bed, and yet another full bathroom.
Two wall AC units to provide cooling comfort for those hot summer days. Plenty of windows to enjoy lake breeze otherwise.
Heated attached garage is ideal for boaters and golfers to store gear, less than one mile from fuel and local power sports dealerships/rentals. Several golf courses within minutes!
Kitchen is equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, small appliances, coffee maker, and dishes. Counter/bar seating.
House sleeps 8 comfortably and can sleep up to 10 guests.

Set up yard game of your choice (corn hole provided)! Lots of area to run around and play. Share laughs and make those memories as you enjoy the summer nights around the fire-pit near the water.

This house welcomes you during all four seasons - lakefront amenities call to the lover of water and boating, while the unique position next to Trail 7 invites those winter snowmobilers! Trail 7 also known as the Iron Belle Trail provides miles of biking or walking!
