A lot dings, the electrical outlets were all loose from the wall, that was a huge concern. Several did not work. “Annoying employee crossed a line in the pool area thinking she can tell me how to parent my children. They were jumping in the pool. No signs posted that they can’t. Diving and jumping feet first are 2 different things. They respectfully stayed from people while doing it. Employee explains to children they can’t and then came to speak to us. Despite disagreeing, we intended to do as she said. We acknowledged and told her we’d handle it. Employee continued to stand behind us hoovering until……

“Upon check-in, I was advised that the elevator was out of service in our room was on the third floor. So we had to walk up and down three flights of stairs during our stay. This was upsetting as my mother had planned to come with us, but at the last minute decided not to. If she had come, I don't know how we would've gotten up and down the stairs as she uses a walker.
