“We had a fab holiday in Ravello and Hotel Graal was the perfect place to stay. Amalfi coast and towns on your doorstep and Ravello as a base is beautiful. Special thanks to Francesa and the front office team, always there to help. And to Vittorio (Victor!) who looked after us so well in the bar! We also had a great meal in the hotel restaurant on our wedding anniversary. Breakfast is also a highlight with many different options. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. ”
“Beautiful location and accommodating staff. The ocean view is spectacular. Fewer tourists and wonderful beach access. However, overpriced relative to the suite amenities. Very noisy neighbourhood with constant barking dogs, motorcycle noise, and fireworks.
Could hear noise from the apartment above. No microwave, outdated coffee maker. Had to purchase instant coffee and paper products from the nearby store. ”
“Note that you are not staying at the actual hotel, but at the apartments a few yards away. This means that there is no staff on site and you will not have access to the hotel amenities. The studio was clean and comfortable but somewhat outdated. The bathroom shower door was barely hanging on and the toilet seat was loose. Aside from that, the views are incredible and the town is a short walk away. The room suited our needs for a short stay. ”
