“The room was misrepresented on the listing. I had to deal with a foreign host and wanted to cancel my reservation but they made it impossible to contact. When I saw , my bill there were 3 entities involved/ one of which I'd never heard of. Needless to say this was the worst experience I've ever had. Do not ever ever choose this motel! Expedia should reimburse me for the 3 rooms I booked.”

“Very clean also very small no TV”

“Charming and clean basement apartment. I was here for a horse show at the Ford Center. Was up and out early and back It’s a great home base to get cool, cleaned up and rested after a hot, dusty day of showing.”

“I can only wish that the logistics associated with all my endeavors were as smooth as this. As advertised, clean, easy, comfortable, economical.”

“Would absolutely book again. Love”

“great location. outdoor space was very cozy with nice sitting areas and two hot tubs and a pool. Space was very clean with good size beds”

“Fantastic location, super clean, great place and excellent management”

“Very nice stay in downtown Boise. Clean, well appointed two bedroom two bath apartment. Excellent communication with our host made the check-in, check-out steps effortless. Roof top seating with tables offered great views of downtown and the sunset. Winco is right across the street for any shopping needs, and parking is a secure reserved spot in the building. Highly recommend this stay!”

“Great place!”

“Clean and spacious for the two of us with a comfortable and cozy feel. It was nice to have a full kitchen so I could prepare some dishes to take for a potluck at a nearby campground where friends were staying. Property was beautiful and quiet. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub or BBQ on the private decks. There was also a nice little deck off the bedroom. Nice to have two tv’s in the different spaces. We would definitely consider staying again! Thank you to the owners😎”

“Provided lots of amenities ( ice, plenty of towels, kuerin and supplies etc. )Thank you”

“Despite the 2 broken kitchen chairs, food under the cushions for the sleeper couch, shower diverter not working, and sliding glass door lock was broken, this was a nice stay. The host manager was great to work with to fix the above nuisances. All items were taken care of the next day. He even brought 4 kitchen chairs to accommodate 5 adults and 3 children at the kitchen table! It can accommodate 8 adults to sleep, but the kitchen eating area would be tough to sit around for that amount.……

“Miss represented on the web. Pics were wrong. No free coffee in the morning. It was taken away at 10. The price was way to much for what you get. The room is cold and uninviting. Pillows not good. The bathroom floor was lifting up by the tub. No free little bottles for shampoo and conditioner. In the shower it's self no bar to grab for disabilities. No towel rack. The smell when you walked in smelled like a animal hospital trying to clean up their urine. The receptionist was around the corner……

“What a beautiful property! We loved the privacy and countryside vibe while still being close to places for supper and gas. The home was as described and we were able to meet the owners and chat with them for awhile! Would absolutely recommend!”

“Cute, clean and comfortable place. The Hostess was great at communication and nice! It was a good location, 15-20 to so many places. We felt safe and comfortable there and had plenty of room for my daughter and I.”

“We needed a last-minute place to stay, and we were so lucky to find this gem! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of our favorite parts was the back patio, we enjoyed having breakfast and dinner outside, which made the experience even more relaxing. The neighborhood felt very safe, quiet, and well maintained, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The host clearly pays attention to every detail, and everything was clean and well……

“Needs better water pressure and the hot tub needed water and a clean but other than that it was perfect. Very quiet and comfortable.”

“Great location and very nice amenities at this apartment complex. Used the pool, indoor lounge, and rooftop lounge. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Be aware that this complex houses a lot of local college students. Would like to recommend the owner puts a mirror or two elsewhere in the unit in addition to inside the en-suite bathrooms.”

“It was hard to imagine the set up except for the copy of photos. We enjoyed staying at the VRBO French Cottage basement rooms. It was very clean. Kitchen was stocked with some essentials. Brought our own breakfast and lunch. Was nice to work out of a refrigerator instead of a cooler. Loved having the washer and dryer along with laundry soap after being on the road for some days. Parking and access to the rooms was explained. We found our own restaurants for dinners the couple nights we……
