「Very much a vintage hotel experience. I had an excellent mountain view, which I was able to enjoy from bed every morning. The cleaning crew were efficient and very good. The staff was very helpful with planning alternative hikes. I chose to walk the 800m from the train station, which for me was very doable. 「总体来说这是一家不错的家庭旅馆，老板员工比较客气，但是我们入住时遇到了小小的不愉快，我们预订了2间双人间及1间三人间各2天，结果到达时酒店说网站只预订了各一间，另外一间只能安排到其他宾馆，电话30多分钟与网站沟通的结果依然如此，不知道是网站的原因还是酒店的原因。」

「Excellent base for exploring Jungfrau region. Hotel was very comfortable, the room was much more stylish than we’d expected from the pictures and we loved the view of the mountains from the room. The only disappointment was only one of the restaurants was open despite the website saying both would be open all year round. As we’d specifically chosen the hotel for its restaurant options (particularly as we’re both vegan) this did impact our stay. Luckily we found a few other good options in Wengen...

「Petra made sure we had everything we needed. Room included wine, beer, snacks, fresh fruit and lovely breakfast each morning rolled in. View is amazing. We had private sauna and whirlpool bath. Much needed after all our hiking. If you can handle the steep, windy, narrow roads leading up to the village it’s all worth it!!」
