“Nestled along the tranquil banks of the Kamo River, this riverside hotel in Kyoto offers a serene escape from the bustling city. We were greeted with stunning views of the flowing river and the surrounding lush greenery, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The hotel features morden Japanese architecture, blending elegance with comfort. We have enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace, basking in the gentle morning sunlight while listening to the soothing sounds of nature. With easy access to……

“There were two Japanese well maintained gardens and stone paving hallway outside. They were beautiful and they made us feel very historical culture. The summer season in Kyoto is very uncomfortable to stay outside because of the hight temperature but, in this house, for some reason we could stay comfortably without air conditioner. It was a huge house but all the rooms were cleaned perfectly. Especially we were impressed with the bathroom. The high-tech toilets beautiful wooden bath tub made us……

“What a cool experience to stay in a preserved but beautifully updated traditional machiya! The house was in excellent condition with tasteful details, and the hosts were very generous in supplying refreshments and snacks for us to enjoy during our stay. We had all the amenities we needed, which all worked perfectly for a comfortable and convenient stay. The stairs were narrow and felt a bit precarious, but we mindfully ascended and descended with care and got more accustomed to them by the end……

“It’s as good as a quiet dormitory for me, I Like its aircon that make little noise, and good size bath tub as well. My room assignment finally sees improvement in this third stay of 10 nights.
For improvement:
1. House keeping and amenity replacement only every 3 days is unlikable.
2. Stuff’s English speaking ability is a problem, I was to find my reply from a translation divice.
3. No bellman service nor help with luggages in and out of front door and hallway to street renders a poor……
