“I had a pleasant stay at this property. The hotel served as a base camp while my friends and I attended a local festival in the area. The staff I interacted with were all incredibly helpful and would go above and beyond to help us and answer any inquiry that came up. The only negative I have about my stay was that parking is charged by the day and not a free service for guests. Additionally, I also hoped there would be some form of free breakfast but that isn’t as big of an issue and my group……

“The fire alarm went off all night long. The fire alarm has a horn strobe in the bathroom is actually installed improperly. It’s against code. You are only supposed to have a strobe in the bathroom only, not a horn strobe. That’s a major problem in my eyes when showering. It could really hurt someone.”

“The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast was $14 for the same thing you get at lesser hotels, free with your stay. Room and Check In Staff were wonderful, breakfast I could have gone the street at a drive thru for more selection.”

“The room was great! We had a handicap accessible room and it was huge. It was very clean and nice. Our only disappointment was with the breakfast. It really wasn't a breakfast as advertised and most of the time they were out of various things and this was like 30 minutes after the breakfast opened. Also, they were out of things like creamer "because their truck didn't arrive until Wednesday". I understand that but there was a Sam's across the street. They could have picked something up. I know……

“The room was spacious and clean. Limited amenities, but sufficient for my needs. The continental breakfast, was a continental breakfast. Very limited options, but I did not need a lot. Had apple juice only coffee and milk. Staff was present and receptive to my needs. Very helpful and responded immediately. Not an expensive hotel so that was a plus for making my a reservation there. Parking very convenient. Close to a lot of restaurants.”

“Clean room. Our TV remote would only turn on and off the TV on the first night, but sometimes worked the second night - not a huge deal as we weren’t there to watch TV. The shower had great pressure, but the temperature controls were labeled or installed incorrectly because the shower temp was very cold with the handle turned to the H and very hot when turned to the C. Once we figured out the temps were switched, the shower was fine. Also don’t put key card close to any electric device (phone,……
