It was great! The house was clean, exactly like the pictures, enough towels and rags for our whole group. Only thing I would rec is a full body mirror and access to more paper towels!!!!!

The house as very clean, check in process was extremely easy and everything was just as listed. There a was an issue with the bedroom shower but I text the owner and within 15 minutes maintenance was there to fix the issue. I would definitely book this place again!

Amazing location and cottage

The cottage was very cute and newly updated. The prime location was right on the strip. Close to a park and brewery. Had a small issue with the ac and the property owner responded immediately.

Great Place To Gather

Place was clean, comfortable and being at the east end of the strip there was plenty to do or easy enough to walk up the entire strip for more to do. Layout was great, 2 bedrooms on one side, third was on opposite end for more privacy with it's own bathroom. Nice backyard with firepits (with a stockpile of wood!) & chairs for hanging out by the fire. Would definitely consider staying there again.

This place was very clean and convenient to the strip. Only change o would make is more comfortable living room furniture. Wasn’t enough seating for the family when it rained to comfortably watch a movie. Overall very nice place.

An amazing weekend

My friends and I were so pleased with this cottage. It is recently renovated, well equipped, and extremely clean. If noise is a concern, be sure to choose one of the inner bedrooms to the left. Overall this was a great place and a terrific location and I would stay here again.

Annual Family Trip

My daughter wanted to go somewhere different for our family trip/her birthday. We also go to the same places every year. She liked it and was very happy to get her own room. The location of the property was perfect for us to walk everywhere down the main strip. It only took about 10 minutes to drive to the park and public beach. Inside the property was clean and had a more modern look to it. The deck was newer and nice. We would definitely go back. Good place to stay that’s not as expensive as the private beach stays.

The place was nice, updated, and clean. It was even in a great location. However, the heat in the living room and two bedrooms did not work. Only 1 bedroom heater was working. It was quite cold out when we went and the place was bitterly cold inside. We sent a message and a guy showed up, but did not fix the problem. Reached out after our stay and no reply.

Short getaway

Nicely renovated, pictures of interior are accurate. Definitely choose the most interior room for less noise; the back bedroom allows you to hear the bar across the alley, and every vehicle around. The fire pit area would have been great, but the mosquitoes were overly friendly. Sadly, we weren’t able to enjoy much of the area as the sidewalks rolled up at 8pm with the exception of a few of the bars (no fault of the property owners) so definitely do more research as to when things close, and what potential events are going on). We did appreciate the cleanliness of the cottage. The wall unit ac in the inner bedroom did not work well, but leaving the door slightly cracked allowed the room to be cool with assistance of the rest of the ac units. The small store nearby was really nice to get some snacks and drinks. Only communication with management was when we asked for early check in.

Nice place but lack of communication and effort.

Got there at check in time was able to get in easily as described. After entering and exploring I noticed the living room ac had been leaking all over the wall and the floor, it looked like it had been for some time. I messaged the host on the vrbo app, and also the number that was left on the visitor information pamphlet left, which said to text. Never got a response back.the floor was pretty dirty, if you walked around in bare feet for a couple of minutes your feet are black with dirt. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher as well. They ask that you pretty much clean up the place when you leave and charge you a $60 cleaning fee for you to basically clean the place yourself. I imagine after you leave someone might come and check on the place but they don't do much else! There are better places to stay at around the same area for similar pricing.
