About this property
Quaint recently renovated apartment with AC in Geneva close to lake and wineries
A newly updated nice quaint one bedroom ground floor apartment in a triplex. Has a full kitchen including dishwasher. A small living room with 1 full leather reclining couch, a smart tv and electric fireplace. Bedroom has a good amount of space with new queen bed, two nightstands, drawers underneath bed for storage and a smart tv. Full bathroom with brand new tub/shower, has plenty of lighting, with lighted and heated mirror. Has a front porch with 2 Adirondack chairs. Back yard has a fire pit to build a fire. (Some wood provided). Plenty of parking in the back of the complex. Plenty of room to pull in and turn around and park a truck with boat. Keyless entry to the apartment. The apartment complex sits pretty far off the road on a big two acre lot within the city. It has woods and a big yard.
