Miller - Friends Getaway

Absolutely amazing stay. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and LOVE this house. We had 5 couples and the house is so large you feel you have plenty of space. Will definitely come back!

Beautiful stay on the Lake

There were 6 adult females that stayed for a girls wine trip. The house was perfect - everyone had their own room and bathroom. We did even use the beautiful basement with games and a great area. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place!

Our stay at Seneca Lake Effect was great! Beautiful location and a great view of the lake from the back deck. We were able to eat all of our meals outside on the back deck. Everything was in working order and the kitchen pots, pans, plates, etc. were in great supply. Plenty of Adirondack chairs in all of the right locations and the deck and dock were in excellent condition. We highly recommend this place and we look forward to returning.

Seneca Lake Effect Property

Absolutely LOVED our stay. We had 5 couples attending a wine tour. The place was so spacious that we never felt cramped. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms so privacy was exceptional. We are looking for another time to book this place when it is a bit warmer. Can't say enough good things about place!

We all enjoyed the property very much. The girls went out to a winery, the guys fished off the dock. We hung out at the fire at night and played in the game room til even later. A day trip out to Niagra for the groups as well.

A Good Place to Have a Vacation

The house was well-appointed, and had plenty of room for our group of 4 couples to spread out and relax. The kitchen was fully functional, and we made good use of the hot tub, game room downstairs, and outdoor firepit. The location is only a few minutes from the center of Geneva, and convenient to wineries, breweries, and restaurants. There were easy to use instructions for all the various systems in the house. I would bring our group back to this house again!

Girls trip 2023

We did our annual girls trip here and had a blast. The home was everything we expected and more. It was still off season but we enjoyed the dock and all the outdoor amenities available to us. The kitchen had everything we needed and more than enough space including the downstairs fridge. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Perfect Girls Weekend

We selected this house because of the size, amount of bedrooms and beautiful dock. We were blown away upon arriving at the home. 2 large master suites and all other bedrooms (except 1) have their own bathrooms. We used every part of this home; dinner on the large deck, relaxing on the dock, soaking in the hot tub, movies on the projector, ping pong and the list goes on. Many of the girls plan to come back with their families in the future. Highly recommend this home!

Perfect house for a get together

This house is even better than the pictures show. Absolutely massive with a great kitchen. Lots of places to hang out and talk, play games, share glasses of wine, and watch the sunset. The beds were super comfortable and all but one of the rooms has an en-suite bath. The games room downstairs is awesome. This was the perfect location for our bachelorette party! We were so closed to AMAZING vineyards and we even had a private chef come to the house to make us dinner one night. Thank you for letting us enjoy this beautiful home!

Spacious, comfortable family retreat

Seneca Lake Effect is a beautiful home perfect for large families, or get togethers with multiple families or friends. The layout makes both privacy and together time easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the private baths accompanying nearly every room make for unusually comfortable arrangements with multiple families. The beautiful and highly functional kitchen overlooks the lake making for wonderful cooking and eating as the sun sets. The view just cannot be beat. The dock area is pretty and easily accessible via stairs. There are really nice wineries near by. My family had a wonderful stay in the home and would highly recommend it.

A perfect spring break

Easter, my sisters birthday and my nephews spring break all coincided and we enjoyed a wonderful week at the property. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with pots, pans, knives, tools, and small appliances. We didn’t need a lot of the things we brought. There is ample room for a big group. We were 5 adults and 2 kids and probably could have accommodated 4 more adults. The property is in an ideal location about 15 minutes from downtown Geneva, with a phenomenal view of the lake, complete with a dock. We are already planning our next stay.

Family Christmas

This was the perfect spot for a family Christmas. The house was exactly as listed. There was so much space!! The basement was great place for adult children to relax and be entertained. The kitchen was so well stocked- right down to the Kitchen-aid mixer for making some last minute holiday cookies. Close enough to town for groceries pick ups. The winter weather kept us inside for most of the visit. The house was big enough to not feel over crowded. I am guessing a summer/ fall visit would allow for lots of outside time on the deck and lake.

Great Getaway!

This home is exactly as described. The view from the living area and back deck is incredible. The house is comfortably furnished with the most organized kitchen we have ever seen. It has every appliance you could possibly need - crockpot, soda streamer, toaster oven, mixer, cheese trays, knives, etc. We had a party of 9 who are all over 60 and loved the fact that everything was on the first floor. While there is a fantastic game room with a pool table, table tennis, theatre style television in the basement, we only went down there once to watch the football game. Televisions in every bedroom was a plus for those of us who didn't like the movie pick of the evening. We had no problems at all so there was no reason to contact the management office. The only tricky thing was trying to get into the house upon arrival. After 4 tries, we actually managed to get in --- LOL!

Girls weekend in

This house is absolutely amazing. Every bedroom has its own bathroom with the exception of the first room on the right with the bunk beds. We stayed here with a group of friends for a fun weekend in. We played games, made amazing food, hung out in the hot tub, and watched the Bill’s destroy the Patriots in the playoff game! It doesn’t get much better than that! Check in was a breeze and the house was nice and warm upon our arrival. The basement is the ultimate hang out spot. There is so much room for everyone to relax and hang out while listening to the amazing integrated sound system. We loved this house and plan to come back in the warmer months!

Family respite

This home was perfect for our no-gift Christmas this year! We gathered with our adult children, their partners, our mother, sister, and niece and spent this amazing vacation playing games and just being together. The multiple spaces and many things to do were perfect for our group, as we could branch off playing pool, watching a movie, doing puzzles, and playing our guitars. The hot tub was fantastic and situated perfectly so as to enjoy the view. That view was stunning all through the house! I can't say enough: so clean, so much available to do, beautifully appointed and organized kitchen, comfortable sleeping. We only left the house twice and spent the rest of our time just being together. Thank you!
