Checked us in, helped with our luggage and gave us some very useful local insights to the restaurants nearby. 「First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. 「What a great stay! Lovely, spacious rooms. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The neighborhood is outside the heavily trafficked tourist area with its own vibe— a variety of good restaurants, cafes, boutiques and even a health food grocery store nearby with plenty of items to prepare easy meals in the apartment. The courtyard, which is heated in winter, is a nice bonus space. Walkable to all major neighborhoods and train or tram stations. 」
