I must rate this hotel at 5 stars. Although some facilities are a bit old, all of them are well maintained. The location is perfect and close to many tourists spots. Last but not least, their cat Leo is the best cat in Penang.

飯店很棒，分為上下兩層，下房間空間舒適，茶包不錯，水給很多，上房間的衛浴乾濕分離，兩間浴室兩間廁所，唯獨房間走道較小，五個人五個24吋行李箱好擠，但服務是非常好的。

地點在小巷內，比較難找，但亦比較靜，整體環境不錯，如包早餐的話會更好。 由酒店行去光大約需15分鐘。

位置极好，闹中取静。由于不靠大马路，晚上几乎没有摩托声。 服务好，有中文服务，总是笑脸相迎。 装修很有味道，浓郁的南洋风。也是拍照打卡的好地方。 唯一美中不足是床稍差，有异响，床垫舒适度也欠缺。

四人房的兩間淋浴間並沒有放置衣物點的架子，以至於無法同時兩人一起淋浴。 房間樓下的吧檯如果可以有洗手台會更方便，不需要一直爬上樓去洗杯子。

酒店服务很好，很贴心。特别值得一提的是前台Jason 每天非常有耐心帮我看行程和建议去玩的地方 ，十分友善，让我这次出行非常省心。酒店装潢也十分古朴十分适合喜欢中国文化的旅客，唯一不足的地方是房间内的空调设备安装太靠近床，导致无论你怎么调接，总会有风对着一个床位吹，比较影响睡眠和身体健康啦，建议酒店改进。

舒適又安靜的地點
非常貼心的飯店，每天還有提供當地的糖果讓住客品嚐。 晚上附近吃東西很方便，想吃哪種食物都可以向前台諮詢。 服務人員很有禮且貼心。 此外，巷口就有公車站牌，到渡輪站只要1.4 RM,很划算。從升旗山下來也可以直接搭到巷口喔。

Nice antique hotel with great staff
Stayed here for 5 nights. It was a great stay! The hotel itself is gorgeous with all the antiques displayed. The best thing in the hotel are the staffs, great people, always welcoming! The room is very clean. the hotel is situated in a quiet location as well so that's good. The downside is that the hot water in the shower was a bit limited. It ran out quite quickly. And the room is a bit dim, could do with a few more lamps and so on.

The service is super awesome! The staff can recognize you and also smile at you all the time. The environment around is great! It's near the shopping mall and only a short distance to eat tasty food. 旅館小巧精緻，旁邊附設的食店食物水準不錯。但旅館不是位於大街，晚上回去時要留神，但都是安全的。要讚旅館職員，有禮貌、貼心，尤其是Jason提供有用的旅遊資訊。另外早上4 時半離開往機場時，還為我預備了三文治及水，真的窩心。

以位置來說，離熱鬧的老城區還有一小段距離，沒有想像中近。客房整潔度有待加強，床上甚至有黑色棉絮，且發現有小蟲，廁所的門更有蜘蛛網，格局也很奇怪，在房間裡找不到任何優點。但出了房間，大廳、餐廳與外觀很美，服務很好，基本上，不是一間會讓人推薦的旅館。

早餐滿好吃的，可惜不是吃到飽 房間分上下樓層滿不方便的 一樓的電視幾乎都用不到，如果可以改到二樓更好 吹風機有定時 很不方便 附近有很多吃的 也有公車可以搭 很方便

令人難忘的美好飯店
本次入住106號房，擁有2張小床的房型帶有浴缸，雖然窗戶沒辦法使用但採光通風依舊良好，最大的問題應該就是浴室裡的吹風機因為有過熱系統大概一次只能使用30秒，好在我檳城的天氣讓頭髮很快就乾了，飯店2樓有健身房，1樓大廳的早餐主菜約有8項都非常可口尤其是牛角法式吐司，飯店的環境非常的清幽距離牛庖刀街走路約8分鐘，是晚上尋找宵夜的好去處，真的非常喜歡飯店的風格，下次來檳城一定會在入住的。

Nice and traditional hotel
The breakfasts are very nice! We have Nasi Lemak, farmer's choice and a wrap both are tasty! The room is traditional but not very near to the restaurant and visiting sites. The staffs are nice and helpful.
