I must rate this hotel at 5 stars. Although some facilities are a bit old, all of them are well maintained. The location is perfect and close to many tourists spots.
Last but not least, their cat Leo is the best cat in Penang.

Stayed here for 5 nights. It was a great stay! The hotel itself is gorgeous with all the antiques displayed. The best thing in the hotel are the staffs, great people, always welcoming! The room is very clean. the hotel is situated in a quiet location as well so that's good.
The downside is that the hot water in the shower was a bit limited. It ran out quite quickly. And the room is a bit dim, could do with a few more lamps and so on.

The service is super awesome! The staff can recognize you and also smile at you all the time. The environment around is great! It's near the shopping mall and only a short distance to eat tasty food. The breakfast is also delicious too! Overall the hotel provides a great and comfortable experience and time for my journey:D

The breakfasts are very nice! We have Nasi Lemak, farmer's choice and a wrap both are tasty! The room is traditional but not very near to the restaurant and visiting sites. The staffs are nice and helpful.

Nice hotel with great service
Great and considerate service, incredibly delicious breakfast, nice location and beautiful decoration. Only drawback is TV is downstairs but beds are at second floor.
