房間頗大, 整體衛生程度很差,例如洗手間洗手盆有污漬(發霉) ，電水煲內有發霉， 窗門玻璃有很多污漬不敢靠近， 床上床單有污漬， 冷氣 稍為凍， 下次不會再住這間酒店

有點小缺失的飯店
入住時 有備註說明要高樓層 但整棟飯店38層卻給我們26層 以致外面雜音非常清楚 在房間時 廁所及客廳都出現蟑螂 清潔方面有待加強 房間有點舊 許多設備都有點故障 冷氣溫度設定最高28度 風量最小還是很冷 整體來說 以價錢去衡量是可以接受的 但小細節還需要再加強 以後有機會再選擇

裝潢確實比較老舊一些 燈光稍微暗了些 不是太明亮 但我是可以接受的 房間好大 好舒服 我想推薦大家來住這一間

位置方便，房間寛趟但整潔度有待改善
酒店位置鄰近市區，方便往來。房間寛趟但因為冷氣不能調較，所以晚上睡覺時覺得很冷，而且在房間發現曱甴和蟻，有所衛生情況不佳，有待改善！

budget hotel with 4 stars hotel price!
This a very very old hotel, and due for refurbish. I had a very very bad experience with this hotel. They sell 2 single bed with 1 King size bed price and end up I have to join the bed by myself! Once I checked in the room on 6pm, the floor mat on the bathroom is WET! I wanted to talk to Floor Manager, they said ALL Manager off work now, no one pick up the phone. I questioned them why you do not clean the bathroom after you sell the room for hourly business, they keep on saying the room is " clean", but no where is leak! End up they changed one more room for me, but the bathroom floor mat also WET! I am very very sure there is no where leaking, so there is no way for the floor mat getting WET! They keep on claim the room is "clean", and I do not feel comfortable with the room, I request to change one more room, they ignore my request. The hotel staff promised with get their GM to contact me to explain, and no one call me after 3 days my stayed! Save your money for others better hotel, there are plenty of good hotel surrounding that area cheaper than this.

酒店房間非常大，浴室內設施非常好，按摩浴池正，酒店在海邊，景觀好，客房都在24樓以上，對面馬路已有食市，711非常遠，酒店有的歷史，唯一冷氣非常凍，溫度不能控制，祇可以關了它。

女友不愛
雖然是套房，空間很大，樓底很高。但女友覺得清潔度不足，客厠的馬桶板上竟有糞的痕跡 女友極不喜歡，椅子上又有污衊，黑點在上面，枱面上還佈滿塵埃， 女友生氣極了

房間非常大
房間很大，如果三人或四人都住得到，有兩個洗手間一個飯廳及客廳而且兩部電視機，一部在廳一部在房，非常方便，但設施有些舊電視接收有些不清，最嚴重喺浴崗內花灑壞及水力按摩有四個頭發覺只有兩個可以用而且浴室有燈頭壞了個唔著。 但整體來講都算ok, 越早訂越平，房間很大，如果這個價錢訂其它酒店都無可能有這麼大。

位置有点偏，附近吃得不多，但十分推荐一个叫newcrystal的餐馆，价廉物美。房间是旧了点，木地板有些地方都松了，但入住的时候upgrade了就无所谓了，总的来说这个价格不错啦。

房间有够大的，也有无敌大海景，可惜就是有点旧了。离佐治城较远，附近也没有什么吃饭的地方，

靠近海边，离乔治镇、汕头街、小印度等都不远，相对来说性价比还不错
酒店工作人员都很客气，态度也都很好，虽然是四星，但可以和国内的一些五星相比，订的普通的大床套房，房间很大，因为是套房，所以还带客厅，酒店共38楼，入住的晚了被安排在37楼，晚上睡觉能听到楼顶空调主机从冷气管里传来的噪声，不过还算能接受，建议别住顶上那几层，另外据我观察，所有的房间都是面海的，所以都能有海景，酒店泳池和健身房在9楼，泳池也是面海的，水很干净，还有就是最顶上几层的房间可能因为住的人少，所以刚一进去的时候略有霉味，这和气候也有关系，不过并不严重，仔细看了下房间和床被还是很干净的，总体觉得是在附近酒店中性价比算高的，位置各方面也都可以，还有附带说一下乔治镇附近的一片海滩并不适合游泳，在酒店看看海景就好了，要想海滩游泳玩耍建议去Batu Ferringhi‎那边

hotel needs quality checking for comfort
Was unlucky to get a room without partition of bedroom and living room but this is not that bad. Is the window behind the desk no night curtain provided. Meaning when morning it is so bright for a comfort sleep. Jacuzzi hot water not hot enough and the water cannot fill up due to leaking at the drainage stopper. Ends up cannot enjoy jacuzzi at all. I have stayed here several times only this time I was unlucky.

penang view from high level is amazing. our room had upgrade to deluxe suite..thank to hotel but the living room aircond not function. It was dam hot when it nearly to noon....till 6.00pm...to the hotel, please check your "expensive room".

Badly maintained hotel
Northam All Suites hotel is way way below expectation. The hotel room is dirty & there is a lingering stench of mouldy musty smell everywhere. The pillows also smelled like used ones. The parquet flooring is peeling off. It lacks proper building maintenance. Terrible place! We had to get out and book another hotel for the night.
