The property considered new, but the time waiting for elevator was horrible! I waited 1 hours just to go down to the lobby. People who bring child travel definitely do not even consider to live inside this property, because all the windows are very loose to open, kids can easily fall to death without adult’s supervision. So please watch out your kids all the time! I lived on 27th floor, but the praying sound from the Mosque temple were very loud and clear through out the whole day, to be more specific, 5 times a day starting from 5:30 am in the morning. I would only enjoy the swimming pool, gym and basketball court there! There are definitely better place to live in Penang other than the Urban Suite! Thanks for reading my post! Enjoy your trip!
