“Front desk staff are amazing! That being said, this property should not be opened during this time! During my entire stay from 6/22/26-6-30/26, the hotel had major renovations happening. I’m talking hammer drilling from 8 am to 6 pm, that is heard all throughout the building and in my room. I tried speaking to management but they kept ignoring me. This is not how a business is run! You Guys need to close 592 until this work is finished! You can not have guests staying there while you do this……

“This is a beautiful property. Love the ambience, the decor, the color pallet, the pool, the beautiful garden type vibes. The room was a good enough size for us, the bathroom was just lovely. The room was cleaned daily, and they really did a good job at changing the towels etc. I've been to other hotels where I've had to argue with them for new towels daily. You have to use your room key card to take the elevators up which is a good safety measure. There were lots of restrooms around the hotel,……
