「The property is on a quiet road with beach access directly across the street. The beach is quiet, only a couple of other families even during a peak week in July - some days we had the beach entirely to ourselves! Waves were calm, you will not be surfing here, but it is perfect for a young child's visit to the ocean, and great for frisbee, kites, and waveballs. The cottage was very well maintained and clean. Kitchen was well stocked, it had everything we needed for cooking. Great water pressure...

「I booked this property due to the close proximity to my son’s tournament. It turned out to be so much more than a convenient location! It is an absolutely beautiful home and property, full of nature. It is so much bigger than it appears and is immaculately clean. The beach is less than a minute walk across the street and is perfect for long walks. We loved that is was a horshoe crab sanctuary, and did our part to flip any crabs that were turned over due to a storm. We hope to stay here again if...

「 We had a beautiful family getaway at Nana’s! Julie was incredibly easy to communicate with before, during and after our stay. From fresh baked cookies to making sure we had charcoal for our grill, a great set of knives in the kitchen, bikes and beach chairs available for our use, our hosts seemed to anticipate all of our needs for our stay. Thank you to Nana for making her home a place we hope to visit again!」

「Our family of 5 and our dog stayed at the cottage the week of July 4th and had an amazing time. The beach is a natural beach so the sand isn't as clean, however we found that meant a lot more shells to collect! We have stayed in DE at various rentals and this was one of our favorites. The kitchen was well stocked and we didn't have to worry about having seasonings or the right cookware because it was all there for us. The location is amazing and we really enjoyed being able to run back and forth...
