“Lovely, intimate beach cottage in Rehoboth. We stayed with our teenage son for a few nights after traveling for a tour of University of Delaware. All in all the cottage was perfect for our needs. Just a few small things we noticed, the cleaning team forgot to put away a cleaning bucket and we found two empty White Claw cans in the bedroom closet behind the beach towels but otherwise the home was spotless and neither of which affected our experience. If ever back in the area, we would certainly……

“My wife and I wanted to find a place that allowed dogs on the beach, we have a 1 year old Dachshund Shirley. Let me say the Cozy Cottage met all of our needs, the place was amazing! “I booked this property due to the close proximity to my son’s tournament. It turned out to be so much more than a convenient location! It is an absolutely beautiful home and property, full of nature. It is so much bigger than it appears and is immaculately clean. The beach is less than a minute walk across the street and is perfect for long walks. We loved that is was a horshoe crab sanctuary, and did our part to flip any crabs that were turned over due to a storm. We hope to stay here again if……

“I can’t speak highly enough about our stay here! The location is perfect, close to the beach and nightlife. I was a little nervous about the potential noise level at night but it honestly felt so secluded and quiet. Sitting out on the back porch was a highlight, the fan creates a lovely breeze even in the heat. The outdoor shower was absolutely incredible, so roomy and with a rain showerhead so we were all fighting over it after the beach. We loved how cozy and comfortable the cottage was, it……
