This place is FAR from luxury. I booked because of the other good reviews, but now I am heavily doubting those reviews are from real clients.
One of the acs were not working and the refrigerator was leaking. On top of that the water coming from the pipes were rusty and smelled disgusting. The doors were terrible looking and rusty grills. It does not look like the photos! We were in town for 3 days due to a funeral and could not stand it any longer so we left the very next day.
To add insult to injury- The host seemed more upset at us for having standards than his poor description of his rent.
STAY AWAY! there are so many better places in better areas. Don’t make the mistake we made!
Another Word of advise for travelers- this place is not in a safe neighborhood.

Property was very comfortable to stay in everything we needed was there, have one suggestion would be nice to put a slip resistant mat in the shower as we found the floor very slippery, otherwise enjoy our stay will definitely stay there again.

Would stay again!!
Super nice stay. Fully furnished, full sized top floor apartment in a residential area. Clean and comfy space with comfortable beds. A/C units in every room. Washer and dryer was a great bonus to clean clothes before traveling home. Just a seamless stay and would highly recommend. Latoya was extremely friendly, helpful and made me feel at ease about traveling alone. I would definitely visit and stay again.

My family and I loved this place. It delivered everything as promised and the host was very responsive. Loved the AC in all the rooms and the washer and dryer was a nice bonus.
One area for improvement would be more supplies for longer stays. Will definitely stay there again.

I loved mostly everything. I would like if they had towel warmers and a place for the towels to dry in the bathroom. I would like for the leaking in the bathroom to be fixed. I would like a bath mat while having a shower, hence to prevent slips and falls. I look forward to the installation of air conditioners in every bedroom. My daughter would like remotes for air conditioners. We loved staying there and we would do it again.
