Another great year at the beach!

The location of the house was ideal, and we loved the screened-in porch overlooking the canal. We spent our evenings out there. There were 13 family members so the house was definitely spacious enough to fit all of us. The only issue we had was the faulty refrigerator which made it difficult to store all our perishable food. We were so glad the owner was able to get us a rental! It was greatly appreciated. Other than a few other minor issues, we all had a fun time staying at Folk Art Oasis!

Folk Art in June

Nice, large home- great for family vacation! A few items need to be addressed by owner. Toilet flow very slow and one still needs a plumber to come out. Wi-fi needs to be upgraded - not enough strength to match large occupancy of 8 bedroom house - constantly lost service for tv and computers. Trash pick up 2x per week but only 1 can. We were unable to get last day trash in that single can. But Peace was as responsive as they could.

Great house close to beach access

We had a great stay at Folk Art Oasis. Bedrooms and baths were as advertised and the main floor has a great sized kitchen and open floor plan, ideal for large parties. Having two refrigerator/freezers was a huge plus! Great deck space. Close walk to beach access. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again. (separate from review) - On another note, one of our family members left clothes in one of the bedrooms (one of the 2nd floor bedrooms with twin beds that has deck access). If you could let us know how we might be able to get these that would be much appreciated!
