“It was fine - parking is a pain - you have to pay with an app. Some front desk folks were nice and helpful. Some weren't. I wasn't given our breakfast vouchers on check-in - we paid via the booking app. When I asked for them was treated with suspicion - they were suggesting that I had already received them and was trying to swindle them.”

“First off I paid for an early check-in, and i was denied an earlier check-in by the front desk staff. Then, we were denied the ability to wait in the lobby. This lady was totally rude about it. “First we got to the Hotel - they had given our room to another person, so we got stuck in a horrible room. A/C and TV did not work. Went to CALL front desk THERE ARE NO PHONES AT to call. So went back to the front desk. Agent told us there were no other rooms. So I told him we had a RSVS and he finally found us a HANDICAP room which was ok. Got to that room, hole in the wall with a plastic bag sticking out to fill the hole. Mold in the tub. Bed squeaked so bad every time you moved. ……
