“Room where clean and the staff was very helpful”

“We could not get into our room at check in time after traveling all day. There were no towels at the pool, staff giving out refreshments were rude, no body wash in the shower, & they wanted you to pay to watch fireworks from the grounds!!! Drinks were also extremely overpriced! A short Tito‘s press they charged $20! Kids very young were in the hot tub without supervision.”

“From the time we arrived through check out every staff member we encountered was friendly and offered assistance. Check-in was very smooth. We arrived about an hour and half early and we were able to check-in. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The food and drinks were delicious. The pool was nice, clean and warm. It was my first visit. I’ll definitely be back.”

“When booking, the hotel needs to do better on which rooms are which. We thought we booked a suite for our family but when we got there we realized they had given us just a room with double beds and no kitchenette”

“Upon entry, the property looks big and nice, but then you get to your room. We stayed in room 628, and after the first night, I woke up to large ants along the window baseboards and everywhere on the walls. They were even in our luggage that was propped up on the chair. I killed the ants, and we complained to the front desk. Friendly and nice, but no help. They said they had no additional rooms and offered no help. Later that night, we came back to ants on both beds. As I was explaining this……
