「Nobody in the lobby at 2:45 in the morning when we went down to get sodas. Helped ourselves to Cokes in the lobby fridge but could not find anyone to charge them to our room. Breakfast was excellent. Valet was quick and easy. Early check-in at 9:45 a.m. - that was very nice. 」

「The suite was very nice. The staff was also nice. The carpet in the hallways looked like it could be updated as it looked a little old. I did have one issue. My reservation somehow got canceled after I stayed in the room one night. After being at the beach all day, we were unable to get into our room when we returned. Malik sent Angel to my room to let me in and said someone would be up shortly with our new keys. I tried calling the front desk 3 times but there was no answer. A little over an...
