「excellent hotel, must choose mountain view room no matter what. based on my own experience, the restaurant really short of staff. but other than that is good」

「The his place was wonderful! Every staff member was excellent in English and knew their job well. Everything was beautiful and the rooms were cleaned the moment your ‘make up my room’ light was put on. What a special trip to stay here」

「Having sent a number of emails enquiring about an early check-in without response, we arrived at 11:30am, exhausted after an overnight flight, and were told, by the miserable receptionist, that we should have booked the room for the day before if we wanted an early check-in (@£200+!!). We were not even offered a glass of water or somewhere to freshen up. Not the kind of welcome I would expect from a “top” hotel. As such we, sat and waited in the reception area where I promptly fell asleep. Oh...
