“We had reserved a non-smoking room. When we arrived, we were put into a room that reeked of smoke. The manager said they had just recently done a swap between smoking and non-smoking rooms. They did move us to another room, which was better. The rooms were not very clean. Had stains on the bed covers and bedsheets, and you could clearly tell that the rooms were never thoroughly cleaned with built up dirt and dust in corners, etc.. The only positive to this place was the manager on site was very……
