“This is a beautiful property a short walk to a quiet beach in Tiny. The house was set up very well with lots of supplies and careful thought put into what guests might use during their stay. We enjoyed the fire pit, the downstairs games room and ping pong in the garage. The bedrooms are all very private and comfortable with great climate control. The best part is the open concept kitchen/living/dining area where everyone feels comfortable to gather.”

“Family from Michigan had a great 4 night stay at this wonderful cottage on 12 Mile Bay. The view from the windows are great! Hummingbirds and Loons everywhere. Communication with the host was excellent and the cottage interior was wonderful for the family to enjoy meals and relax in the morning and the evening. We took a day trip to canoe to Moon River Falls – about 16Km drive away to rent canoes at Moon River Cottages (highly recommended). We also took another day trip to Parry Sound to explore……
