“From the moment we arrived at Bahama House, we were greeted with smiles from employees wanting to please their visitors. Check in was quick and simple. Information that visitors might need was posted and easy to read. Complimentary breakfast was plentiful, happy hour was complimentary and a lot of fun! The pool and hot tub were well kept, seating in the pool area was comfortable. We give the entire crew at Bahama House A ”

“Great location & ocean view. Property is dated but the cleanliness of the rooms & views made it a great experience. Maybe consider pool hours for adults since it is a FAMILY hotel. I wasn’t too pleased seeing a couple make out & feel on each other in the same pool a ton of kids was playing in. Other than that staff was friendly & location is very good! ”

“The property was very nice. We loved the pool with the lazy river. The room was bigger than expected. Everything was fairly new. And the staff was wonderful. I only really had two complaints. One was the air conditioner kept popping up to 85° so you had to constantly put it down which was annoying in the middle of the night. Also, the vending machines on the property were always broken. We couldn’t get anything to snack on unless we got in the car and drove somewhere. ”

“Still in the process of renovating…however, it was well maintained. Disappointed that the hot tub was not working, considering our visit was in February and days were cool. All the staff we encountered were very nice, polite and helpful when necessary. Would consider staying here again when in the Daytona Beach area.”

“Only complaints, was when arriving, they had double booked the first room they gave us, someone was already in it, but staff handled quickly by changing our room. Second was power went off in room several times Saturday night, but maintenance always came quick. They thought it was because they were fully sold out and it was just over worked. Issues were quickly and politely taken care of professionally by staff.”

“Property is newly remodeled and very clean. Great location, nearby ocean center and restaurants. Great view of the ocean. Will book again. ”

“This property is a little hidden gem. Has a pool and right on the beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone! ”

“This place was pretty typical of a beach town with public beaches. Very close to the beach with a private entrance. Lovely beach. The room faces the main street so a lot of street noise. Worth the price, though. I did not want to pay local hotel prices and I felt safe, comfortable, and content.”

“Dirty but good staff and they were trying ”

“The experience was convenient. I guess the main issues were the walls were thin and made it hard to sleep. Could hear the neighbors with their conversations. ”

“Such a cute little place and my daughter and i enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and neat. I appreciate that there were plates, cups, silverware in the room. There is nowhere to put toiletries in the shower and there aren't any hooks to hang up wet towels. Those qre really the only complaints I have about the room. If we go back next year, I would gladly stay here again!”
