Due to a rule requiring room cleaning and towel replacement to be requested by 11:00 AM the previous day, it is virtually impossible to get service on the second day since check-in is well past 11:00 AM. Furthermore, there were no clear instructions about requesting service at reception, and I was shocked that a hotel of this high standard charges extra for luggage storage. Apart from the above, the hotel room is generally clean and near to the train...

「Room is clean and spacious. Staff is helpful.」

「Great location just outside central station」
