Great house in an awesome location which made the stay. The house itself wasn’t too clean upon arrival but is forgiven by the stunning location and great house!

Great location, great view, but pretty grubby house

There is no taking away from the location or the view of this property. Outstanding. But the house was very poorly cleaned. Filthy oven, old and stained couch, dirty walls, grubby bathrooms. We tried to vacuum ourselves, but the dyson was overloaded and looked like it had not been emptied in months. Not enough toilet paper for 2 nights either. Went and brought our own. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for, and I will pay for quality - this place however is not worth the price tag unless it raises the bar in the cleanliness stakes.

Beautiful property in the perfect location

I celebrated my 31st birthday with my closest mates here and it was a beautiful property located in the perfect location. The balcony overlooks the stunning view of Werri beach surrounded by the rolling lush green hills. Perfect location for sunrise, morning surfs, outdoor yoga on the grass and star gazing. Highly recommend!! 5 stars!!!

The property is even better in real life, we really did not want to leave. We had 10 adults and this property had enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate everyone (and no one had to sleep in bunks). We will be coming back here for sure

Highly recommend

The Hamilton was the nicest property I’ve stayed in! We had 9 of us stay, including a toddler and baby and they had everything we needed - even toys to play with. The house was very well stocked with the essentials. Very comfortable stay. Only downfall (and so minor it doesn’t even matter), the lounges are very stained - could do with an update.

Hamilton booking Fees

Enjoyed our stay at beautiful Gerringong , great house . Very disappointed with Homeaway booking fees, Homeaway charged over $200.00 more than if we had booked direct with the managing agent, the agent also pays Homeaway a fee as well. Homeaway has not replied to our request for an explanation. Would recommend not using Homeaway/ Stayz for holiday bookings.

This residence is at the higher end of the market but we found it to be well worth the money when we spent a weekend here. It has all the features you would expect from a home of this quality, plus a few you might not. The views are spectacular and its a short walk to the local shops. Its a great place for a group, perhaps two or three families. I wish we could have stayed longer.
