The front desk staff were super helpful with directions, recommendations, and helped us book a show. Also close enough to the main part of the city to get around easily but away from a lot of the noise and traffic. Very convenient to the airport as well."

There was not iron in the room however I am not sure if they had one to provide, also there was a pool but unavailable until 1st June, so if you planing to go for the pool just avoid it. "This is an amazing hotel in the centre of Madrid - brand new & luxurious with big, well styled rooms. The staff were fantastic, the food in the restaurant was great, and the rooftop pool is simply amazing! My only comment is that there is no desk in the room (unusual for most hotels) if you're planning to work like I needed to - there is a single table but it's low down and fairly small so wouldn't be comfortable for a days work."
