“Very nice B&B near downtown Gettysburg. Very nice welcome from staff - we got there a bit late in afternoon or early evening after excessive traffic coming from Philadelphia - both rush hour and construction. Room, bed and amenities very nice and comfortable. Gas fireplace in room. Room located in different building from main office. One on flight of stairs then 2 smaller flights to room. Room was spacious and very clean. Located on the main road into and out of Gettysburg so rather noisy at……

“This property was a disappointment. We arrived and the code we were given did not work. A tour guide helped us w a completely different code. We were put in the Delaware room. The room is extremely dark, poorly lit, and don’t bother opening the drapes or shades as there are people sitting right outside your window on porch. My favorite is the tour groups, which congregate right outside the door to the room. We had to excuse ourselves to get through the groups each time. Even more fun…the group……

“The room was dirty and honestly I was horrified with the state of the elevator and stairways. We avoided using the pool and any common areas even today we didn't eat the breakfast. Don't pay attention to the good reviews because this place is absolutely disgusting. I read so many reviews and they are wrong. Do not stay here. Disgusting. And I have pictures to verify.”

“The rooms weren't filthy but definitely need a good dusting and better cleaning. The staff was fantastic, any issues they resolved them (key card issues). They accommodated late check-in. We were charged 2x for our room, I thought it was a deposit but it wasnt. I called them and they reversed the charges immediately. So double check your charges from them.”
