“I come to Kumasi every year and so far this has been the best apartment/hotel experience. Breakfast is decent, room is clean, environment is quiet and peaceful. I really enjoyed my stay!”

But, the room was not ready when promised, and that mattered as I got there after 16 hours of travel. Also, oddly, the rooms do not come stocked with hand towels, only full sized ones.”

They changed my apartment location without notification - tired after work, rang the host severally without anyine picking up it returning my call. Turn up at the property to be told I had been moved to a another property. 2. I intentionally booked a property with parking to be told by security at the building I was moved to that this apartment doesn't have parking and that I may be asked to park on the road. To this, I said I will not be……

“I booked my reservation one week in advance. They took my payment and confirmed the booking, but just 11 hours before my arrival, they moved me to a substandard apartment that was far below what I had originally paid for. I also paid for airport pickup, yet the driver arrived very late. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor and very unresponsive. I will not be booking with them again. ”

“Pros, the place is very secure, my host was very nice, there's food and local stores nearby and a washer and dryer (i loved that) Cons: the masters bathroom has a partial door so water gets on the floor of the bathroom when taking a shower and the bath mat was small and we had 2 towels for 4 people for 3 days. My host brought us 2 more the next day”
