Was able to unpack the car outside then the hosts kindly showed us a free parking street (might be full in high season so need to book a place somewhere). We did have to drive some very tight streets and corners to get in and out so a smaller car is better (we had a Skoda suv and managed). Get all your shopping ahead of time to unload when you arrive - bring bottled water and toilet rolls (one provided)! The……

“We stayed as large family group using 5 bedrooms with one spare. Each room had its own bathroom which was really appreciated. Lovely pool and loads of outside space. We booked the chef for a birthday meal and can highly recommend - wonderful food and great personal service. Benedetto was a great host and helped whenever we needed it. Professional and friendly. Walking distance to beach and cafes of lascari , a short drive to cefalu. We had great weather late September except for 1 rainy……

“Now I understand what a “superheat” is. Luca went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. He picked us up at the train station, gave us numerous recommendations, and was very available with any questions/requests we may have had. The property was lovely! Very clean, and With an amazing view. We enjoyed the work into town where the beach, Only 10 minutes away or so… Close to restaurants and supermarket. Quiet and peaceful, Good nights sleep! “Oltre al titolo della villa fuorviante, perché non esiste nessuna piscina all'interno se non quella residenziale e a pagamento, la villa ci è stata fatta trovare in condizioni pessime. Sporco ovunque, padelle sporche d'olio, tende sporche, lenzuola e coprimaterassi ricoperti di polvere e macchie che preferisco non sapere cosa fossero. Il divano letto era in condizioni ancora peggiori. Al piano di sopra una puzza di chiuso pesantissima, ci sono voluti due giorni di finestre aperte per ricambiare……

Treated us to pizza on first day and delicious croissants during the week. He didn’t speak English and we didn’t speak Italian, but we managed with languages app and sign language! Amazing pool area ideal for relaxing holiday. Highly recommend this booking.”

“The area is beautifully wooded, the garden is in great condition, the swimming pool is well-kept and clean. The garden has direct access to a several-kilometer-long beach.
