「After realizing we would need a place to stay longer than 1-2 days, and also needing a pet friendly location, I was able to find Amelia’s Retreat. It was the perfect spot, the home is nice, we had plenty of room, and the backyard was perfect for our little dog. The location was great and conveniently located to shopping and a variety of restaurants. We would love to stay here again on our future trips to the area!」

The neighborhood is lovely and close to everything in the Greensboro area. Both John and Miranda are amazing and super reachable. We will definitely stay here again!」

「We had a great stay. We were able to celebrate our youngest sons birthday while we were there. Also our dogs got out of the fence in the backyard. The owner immediately contacted us to let us know that the neighbors were able to get them back in the yard and repair the fence where they got out. Very appreciative that they helped keep our dogs safe.」

「The townhouse was very nice and met our needs. Mike was helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Good location in Greensboro, reasonable distance to the Bryant soccer park for our tournament. We would definitely stay again next year if we are there.」

「The town of Ghram is just lovely and this property is a great walking location to the town. It would be nice to have had a sheet with WiFi code and how to use tv as well as some local attractions/ restaurant recommendations.. Some bottles of water in the refrigerator/a couple of logs for the pizza over outside would be a nice touch.」

「Great House, Outdoor space in back was great. Propane tank was empty so we couldn't grill. Out front it Seemed like a rough neighborhood, we never felt scared or in danger.」

「Had never been to the Greensboro area before so didn't know what to expect. For sure got lucky with this place. We would stay here again in a heart beat.」

「It was advertised as a 2 bedroom house that you have the whole house to yourself. When arrived it was occupied and would have to share with 2 other people. Me and my wife were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We didn't think we would have to share the house with someone else. The host was nice but we didn't feel comfortable staying the night there. 」

「This home has lots of potential and you can tell they are doing a lot of improvements to the home. They are not finished but you have to appreciate the work put in. My only suggestion would be have professional cleaners to clean property. They could remove the spider webs that are on most of the door jams. They could also use new furniture (old and not in the best condition) it takes away from the beauty of the home. I suggest high end finishing and screen in the outside sitting area.」

「I stayed with my son at this property for a week while he swam at the Nationals Swim Meet at the Greensboro swim coliseum. The property was perfect for us--a 10 minute drive from the venue, but in an established, safe neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees and plentiful walking paths. It is walkable to great local restaurants and coffee shops, and a short drive to great shopping, dining, grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc.). Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back!!」
