Clean, great location and great customer service ...this isn't my first time staying here ... the guy that owns this place is soooo nice friendly and caring he cares about everybody's stay being the best it can be ....and will gladly do anything to make your stay as good as possible .. the rooms are spotless and super comfortable the beds are very plush like and comfy as well ... definitely recommend staying here and the price is Great for the customer service the……

“Stayed here as a last resort on the eve of the solar eclipse. Check-in was easy. Kitchen was well-stocked with an oven and pots and pans for making a real dinner (lasagna and vegetables from Dollar General) and breakfast to save money on eating out. Main room was spacious. Beds were firm but our family prefers that. An extra bed was provided beyond the two queens which was an added bonus to keep the peace. Would stay there again.”

“It was a neat place. The Wi-Fi didn't work on my T-Mobile phone and the shower was very small. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay and the prices were very reasonable. ”

“It was in a rather run-down neighborhood, but there were no signs of vandalism or graffiti around. The motel was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Once i had the manager's email, communication was easy. When I told her the fridge was not working, a new one was there the next day! I would stay here again if travelling to this area.”

“Our first impression was disappointment. No Pics of the outside I assumed it was a house. Old Motel. Neighborhood had run down houses nearby. BUT during the weekend found out that it was actually a safe area according to locals. The Motel interior was remodeled and very clean. Pros: Clean! Comfortable bed Quiet area Cons: No place to hang clothes No coffee for the coffeemaker (owner provided next day though. No bag to bring home dirty clothes.”

“The owners communicated well and were very nice. The room was clean with plenty of space however amenities were limited. No hair dryer, no kleenex, the heater/ac was noisy and the room needed a ceiling fan to keep the air moving. Hot water was only lukewarm and it took forever to warm up. The fridge and microwave and coffee maker was much appreciated.”

“There was a person driving around the room with an ATV after dark. PIT BULL DOG IN FRONT WHEN WE WERE READY TO LEAVE. We gave at least 4 hours notice of our arrival but the manager was 30 minutes late for our check in. Need shelf in bath room and a table near the closet to set luggage. ”

“Listing was spot on accurate! Great cabin and location!! My only issue was lack of communication with owner/management team. I sent numerous texts via “contact host” link and never heard back. Although my texts were not emergency, wondering what guests would do if they had an extreme issue?”

“This was really a wonderful space right on lake Kentucky for our family of 4 to stay in for a weekend. There was a pool table, 4 kayaks, and a small dock. Also Paducah is not far. As a result there was plenty to do! Highly recommend.”

“We loved the house. Lots of beautiful homes around and awesome lake view. Owners Tim and Jane were phenomenal. Best ive ever rented from. Never had any owner care that youre taken care of as much as they did”
