We had a wonderful week at KY Lake - the property was awesome and we had no issues whatsoever - beautiful home with awesome dock and great view of the Lake - hopefully we can make it back there in the future

Excellent place to stay with awesome views

Allison was very quick to reply with any of our questions, even letting us check in early.The house is laid out perfectly for everyone to have their own space and restroom/shower. The views from the main living room and kitchen area are amazing. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who would love a place to relax on the lake for the weekend.

Came up after our oldest graduated from Higgs school to see family in Paducah. House is in a great location, nice bay access and so close to Moors Resort. Allison was a great host, answered all of my bothersome questions quickly and efficiently. Would love to stay again!

Best Labor Day on the Lake

The house is perfect for your stay on Kentucky Lake. Bring your boat and float. House was great, had a few hiccups but Allison was very responsive to them all and even left us a little treat. Definitely will stay again.

The property was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked.. lovely view! There was only one surprise-the steep hill going to the entrance. Would definitely stay again!!! Thanks for a great vaca!

Amazing, cozy getaway!!

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy, lakeside property. There was plenty of room for eight of us to eat, watch TV, play games and just hang out. We had all the amenities we could hope for and the owners we so helpful and quick to respond. Our New Year's getaway was so much fun, and we DEFINITELY found the perfect spot for our family to relax! BTW we miss Hissy 🐈

Great lake front location

What a great view of Kentucky Lake and very nice private boat dock. The house seemed to be well equipped to cook a meal which we didnt do and plenty of space and beds on three levels. And a pool table, dart board and cornhole boards were a nice touch. Moors Resort is just a minute or two away with a restaurant and marina and free boat ramp. A short boat ride up the lake to the canal andyou can cut over to Lake Barkley.

Whole family Vaca! 7 adults & 3 kind under 8.

This is our 6th year staying at Sunrise on Kentucky lake. It’s hard to beat this place. So close to the Moors for launch and recovery of boats. A lot of room, two covered boat docks and a jet ski doc! Great time even if the rain runs you off the lake!!!! The AC works great, bring a hoodie!😂. Bring some bug/wasp spray, you are staying right on the lake. It’s nature ya know! See you next year Allison!!!

SUNRISE COTTAGE

As advertised! Beautiful home. Wonderful owners. You will enjoy this roomy well maintained gem located in a quiet cove on the lake. Ziplining, go cart racing within 10 miles away. We will definitely be back next summer.

Brothers Trip

Annually, my (4) brothers and I get away for a long weekend. We choose different destinations, but this was our second visit to Kentucky Lake. Sunshine cabin fits the bill for us, we were comfortable and the view was fantastic! From boating, to golfing to fishing we had our choice of many great activities. Ralph's Harbpr Grill near by serves great food and we were able to grill one evening as well. Major thumbs up from my brothers and I, we'll be back!

Family Vacation

Family of 11 from 6 year old to 67 year old. Great location of home, beautiful yard and water frontage just off main KY lake. Home easily slept 12. Plenty of room, good kitchen, decks, patio, although bathrooms fine with double sinks, showers, and good laundry, with crowd, could have used one more....Nice owners and neighbors. Boat launch less than 1 mile away. Excellent boat dock.
