Property sits on a beautiful stream and the large property is very well maintained. Inside of the cabin matches the photographs in the listing. A lot of outdoor activities near by. “We, five adults and five children, enjoyed our stay at the cabin the three adult bedrooms have extremely comfortable beds, while the downstairs offered a separate place for the kids to have some separation the morning views of Belleayre were definitely the highlight while enjoying a cup of coffee the upstairs open kitchen/living/dining area fit us all comfortably A perfect ski weekend getaway with only a short drive to the mountain!”

“We ended up not staying. The description says it is a cabin, it is an old manufactured home (mobile home). When we pulled in there was items scattered around the yard, the grass hadn’t been mowed. When we got to the first step the wood need to be replaced. There were holes in the soffit. Once inside the couches looked old and dingy. The inside needed to be spruced up. I contacted the property owner and told her our concerns. Her response was “Things and furnitures are as in the pictures posted……

“Brought my family and some friends to stay for weekend for daughter’s belated birthday. The house was cozy. A little rustic. Very much like the cabins at lake Taghkanic. Basic decor and nothing too expensive, which I appreciate. Particularly with a house that sleeps that many and when many of them are young adults, prone to being messy. There is a lake but you either have to drive to it to or cut through the woods on foot, as it is at a local town park. The jacuzzi was a great draw. And the pool……

There was a smell coming up through the drains from the sewage but we had a candle in the bathroom and the kitchen which was perfect so not to bad. We had told Revi about it and she wanted……

“The location is secluded and gorgeous. The cabin is adorable and beautifully decorated. We brought our dogs and they loved the peaceful atmosphere. It was so relaxing to sit on the porch watching the rain and relaxing on the deck. The garage area was a bonus. Would love to stay again in the fall. Cute towns to visit. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to relax and unplug.”

“We spent an enjoyable week at this rustic chalet. It has a nice mountain view and is down a quiet road with just a couple of other houses. The house had mostly everything we needed. The waffle maker was a big hit.The fridge had plenty of space and there was coffee, tea, sugar and misc spices available. (Note there is not a dishwasher or washing machine at the property, and the well water does have a sulfur odor - in case you aren't used to rural water quirks). The hot tub was nice to have,……
