“We truly enjoyed our stay. The management company was incredibly helpful and responsive to all of our needs from start to finish. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made us feel right at home. The location was excellent, within walking distance to several great restaurants, very close to Whole Foods, and conveniently near the university, mall and everything we needed during our visit. Having so much nearby made the stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.We had……

“We did see a couple of roaches. The place was clean. I think it was a great location to go to the springs. We went to Sam's Pizza and subs and bevs, burgers and barbecue, and they were both great.”

“My husband was at Shand‘s for open-heart surgery. I am so happy that I found this Condo. It was perfect to go back-and-forth from the hospital as it is only about 5 to 7 minutes away. it was super clean, stocked nicely, and the washer and dryer made it perfect. The communication from the owner is great. All kinds of shopping and restaurants are within 5 to 10 minutes from the condo as well. I would highly recommend this for anyone going near Shands or UF.”

No instructions for fans, remotes, etc. Rips in porch screens. Screen door mechanism off laying on the sill. Dock has had no maintenance. No bulb in light and top missing with critters living inside. Sink doesn’t work and drain completely clogged with debris. Beds were great. Bedding clean and comfortable. Floor and bathroom was clean. Very……

“The house was great exactly like the pictures”

“Upon arriving at the property we opened the door and we were immediately met with an incredibly powerful smell of animal urine, we proceeded to go in and at least take a look and I received a work phone call so I sat on the bed in the primary bedroom and to my dismay it was wet and also smelled of urine. The bed was also covered in animal hair and there were roaches on the floors and several live ones crawling around. It was very obvious they do not take care of their properties. We immediately……
