"We chose this place solely based on the price as we were only on the island for two nights. There are much nicer spots on Gili T, but they come with a heavier price tag and Villa PhyPhy is great - top notch air con (which was definitely needed!) and basic but comfy beds. "

"I had an absolutely amazing stay at Mandalika Cottage on Gili Trawangan! The location is perfect—close enough to walk to everything but tucked away just enough to enjoy peace and quiet at night. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay: a fridge, drinking water, AC, and hot water. "The ad is misleading because it is not located on the beach - it is a 5 minute walk inland. You have to type in 'Joevanna Cottage' (with 2 n's) into Google Maps to find the correct location. Also, there are small ants in the room. It was only for one night so it was ok. The plus is that there was hot water for the shower."
